Why Lisa & Andrea chose Nancy

Spend quality time with your family and friends and surround yourself with the beauty and sounds of nature while enjoying the comforts of this one-of-a-kind authentic log cabin. Hang out at the cabin and swing on the front porch and listen to the breeze blow through the trees, the birds sing, the wood peckers at a distance, watch the gecko climb on the logs, a deer in the woods, or take a walk and enjoy nature. When you work up that appetite, throw some hotdogs on the grill and kick back on the deck under the shade tree, and promise the kids’ smores over the fire pit at night. Head down to the boat slip or the Marina and enjoy beautiful Lake Cumberland that includes fishing, swimming, sun bathing, boating, and water skiing. The ultimate get-a-way from it all!

Beautiful cabin in the woods with a gorgeous view!! Had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our family. The cabin is clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Our grandsons loved making/eating the S'mores! I do recommend getting there before it gets dark( we did), but I think it would be a little confusing the first time.

Wonderful Family Get together

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Toebbe Timbers. The log cabin was so comfortable and the views were spectacular. There were things to do for everyone in the family. The grandkids loved the playground, and roasting smores! The adults got competitive with the horseshoe pit, and both the indoor and outdoor fires. The kitchen was fully stacked with every type of appliance and gadget that was needed to feed 12 people. The beds were comfortable, and well set up for multiple families.

Our family spent a long weekend at the cabin and we now have wonderful memories of Cumberland- relaxing by the fire, long hikes in the woods and having lovely dinners on the expansive deck. Everyone wants to come back next year!
