“in downtown Montreal, there exists a territory covering slightly more than a square kilometer where the cultural activity is particularly concentrated: 28 venues and 80 sites of artistic diffusion together weave, season after season, the rich hours of Montreal's cultural life. This is the quartier des spectacles, the official name given recently to a quadrilateral where culture unfolds on an effervescent world.”

I enjoy traveling. My favorite destination so far would have to be the south of Peru. We went with the two kids (10 and 12 years) for three weeks. We were on Machu Picchu on the day of its 100th year anniversary (of being rediscovered). WHAT A SITE!!! Photography is a passion of mine. Live actions shots of kids and sports are my favorite. I almost sleep with my camera. (My girlfriend got used to this love affair. lol) I enjoy movies, reading and have an insatiable quest for knowledge. I really take the pleasure in knowing how people live in other parts of the world and am always surprised and pleased at the differences and similarities. I can't wait to hear from you. Stef
Stef purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Stef chose Quartier des Spectacles
This is a great place for anything in and around Montreal. You are in the heart of all the festivals. (Jazz, Just for Laughs...). You have music and plays theatres nearby. Nightlife. A hop-skip-and-a-jump away to any attractions. Close to: Chinatown Beautiful old Montreal Ste-Catherine street St-Laurent street (these two streets are the main streets of the city)

The condo was exactly what I wanted. Very nice and well kept up. Stef was great and made sure we had everything we needed and that the ap for the door worked before he left.
Centrally locates and easy to get just about anywhere you could want to go. Metro 4 min walk away. Overall would be more then happy to stay here again
The place was clean and the location terrific.
The location was great for museums the old town. Felt safe. We used the washer dryer, dishwasher and wi-fi. It was clean and modern. Nothing could have been better.
Great home base to explore Montreal
The apartment worked perfectly for our first adventure in Montreal. The location is central and close to a couple Metro stations, Chinatown and Old Montreal. Stef is a great host and checked in to be sure everything worked properly and we were happy. Would rent again.
Loved the nicely decorated, cheerful, and roomy condo!
We enjoyed 3 nights in Montreal and were able to get around without car rental, due to the good location -- restaurants in walking distance, as well as bus stops, subway and the hop on hop off touring bus. The place was very clean and quiet, and safe with the locking outer door. It was nice to have use of a kitchen fully equipped and a modern washer and dryer. And we enjoyed going up to the terrace on top of the building at night and seeing the city lights. Stef was very helpful and available to answer questions about the condo and area and met us there. He was very accomodating -- we came early on our arrival day and he was able to get us in early (or store our luggage if needed). All of this made our stay great in Montreal! Linda and Bill
Perfect resting spot centrally located!
You have gone out of your way to think of all a traveler needs for the flat.
It was comfortable and home.
We walked most places.
We found wonderful small cafes near that we're innovative and delicious.
If we return we will definitely try to stay at this flat.
A great apartment - comfortable, perfectly located and very quiet and with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry. Stef is a generous and helpful host. A lovely place to stay.
