Overview

About the property

Charming, Modern Farmhouse with Beautiful Garden, Wrap Around Porch, 2 Parking

We’re always drawn to the privacy a vacation home offers as well as the chance to have an intimate connection to the location we’re visiting. We don’t want a lobby between us and our surroundings. We like the immediate connection of

stepping out the front door and being there.

We’re also drawn to the fantasy that this is our own house in the woods, or bungalow in the garden, all without the hassle and cost of owning it ourselves. A hotel room never does that for us.

Annabelle’s is that charming house and is a 2br, 2ba and an office that sleeps 4, on a tree-lined cul-de-sac 1 block from the Sonoma town square. It has all new creative furnishings, a wraparound porch and private garden for a true indoor/outdoor experience.

This is a house that can be romantic when there’s two of you, practical when there’s several of you, and easier when there’s kids with you.

You can walk 1 block to The Girl & the Fig Restaurant or 1/2 block to the bike path. Picnic at the park across the street, hike on the Overlook Trail or go to Bartholomew Park.

With 30 tasting rooms, shops, restaurants, farmer’s markets and spas around the plaza you won’t have to drive anywhere. You can enjoy a quiet location and still be close to all the activities. Or you can drive to nearby wineries, Train Town for the kids, Jack London State Park or music under the stars.

The style of the home is an unusual blend of contemporary and antique furnishings. Unique decorative items are designed by local artists, like the sandblasted grapevine sculptures and the vintage train luggage cart made in to a table. The home is a fun and relaxed environment that you’ll be proud to call your home away from home.

A little piece of Sonoma Paradise

  • 5 of 5

A little piece of Paradise. Loved the location, the charm and quaint comfort. Also appreciated the coffee and tea that was already here to enjoy that first morning. Very thoughtful. Wish we could stay longer😢
