We are Kat & Matt Gray and we welcome you home to Woodstock! We are Vermont natives and have lived in Woodstock for 25 years; we simply love it here. Falcon House the second of our 3 Vrbo properties in the Woodstock area. Our own home and our property, Dana Road House, # 223034 are located 2 miles from Falcon House. Our 3rd property, Windfall, is located at Quechee Lakes resort. We purchased this Falcon House in April 2013 and have freshly landscaped and renovated the home and property. Falcon House is offered by our family owned company, Gray Barns Properties. Kat will personally prepare the house for your arrival, assuring your stay is perfect in every way. We discovered Falcon house while on a bike ride and fell in love with it's unique and thoughtful design, the forest that surrounds it and the clean, cool brook which runs by the house. We know you'll love it too! We've created hiking and biking trails throughout the property, which you're invited to explore on foot, by snowshoes or on a mountain bike. Woodstock Vermont is the perfect Vermont small town. Voted 'the prettiest town in Vermont' Woodstock is truly a special place. Woodstock village is known for its wonderful restaurants, boutique shopping and the arts. Fall foliage season is always stunning in Vermont and of course world class skiing at Killington resort and local Suicide Six. Horseback riding at GMHA, world class golf at Woodstock Country Club and other nearby resorts, antiquing, great mountain biking and hiking trails are all part of the appeal of this wonderful region. Visit Marsh-Billings National Park, take a short drive to nearby Quechee to hike Quechee Gorge, visit VINS raptor center or enjoy a great meal and glassblowing at Simon Pearce or one of the many great restaurants in our region. What makes this Chalet unique

Falcon House is a special place. From an original design by famed architect Myron Goldfinger, this home has some truly unique design features and is incredibly well constructed. From the hand made Mexican ceramic tile floors (look for the chicken tracks) to the hand pegged spiral staircase, the house design is amazing. It's so close to the village but really feels away from it all. You'll find everything you need to make yourself at home, we find we have many guests who enjoy our properties so much they return year after year.
