About Mark

My job keeps me traveling to and from the Phoenix area. I didn't want to sell our Gilbert home because it's such a beautiful area and we always wanted a place to come back to.

Mark purchased this house in 2006

Why Mark chose Gilbert

The location and atmosphere are well worth sharing.

Nice and quiet neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

Quiet neighborhood, large yard that our dogs enjoyed! The owner is nice, reasonable and flexible. We stayed here until we could close on our new home and he was very understanding of our situation.

Just What We Needed

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in Mark's home for sixteen nights between moving out of the home we were selling and then into the one we were buying, so this wasn't a vacation stay. It was the perfect alternative to a two-week residence hotel stay. We have two dogs, and both the house and back yard were perfect. After we discovered the pedestrian bridge, our daily walk was to the dog park. We also took a couple of walks to the Coffee Shop at Agritopia. It was a great place to rest between packing/moving and moving/unpacking, and Mark was very kind and an excellent communicator.

You will love this place!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for the last few years during the month of March...attended spring training, Nascar, and a host of other activities. We really enjoyed staying at Marks home. He is easy to deal with, and excellent with communication. The place is quiet, and has a good size yard for our pooch. This place books up quickly so get your request in early if you are looking for specific dates. You definitely will not be disappointed with your stay here. Relax, Enjoy, Do as much or as little as you like. Contact Mark....you will be impressed. If possible, we will be back....hopefully it is available the next time we plan to head to the area.

Comfy quiet retreat

  • 5 of 5

Very comfortable, well appointed pet-friendly home away from home. The owner is great to work with and very responsive. We have family in the area who don't have room to accommodate a pet, and for a visit of more than a couple of days a motel can't hold a candle to the comfort, convenience, and value of this property.
