Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

This is a beautiful condo inside of the Bella Sirena Resort. Bella Sirena is located on Sandy beach in Rocky Point. The resort has first class amenities like a state of the art fitness center, numerous pools, fountains, grassy areas and beach front palapas. You really can't go wrong with a visit to this beautiful Old World Mexican resort. The roads within the resort are all cobblestoned and the buildings have a very classic Mexican architecture.

This is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo on the 6th floor of the Abulon Tower. This condo can sleep 4 people; two in the bedroom and two on the queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This is a very nicely decorated condo. From the second you walk in the doors you will be greeted by a dramatic recessed ceiling, lovely gray sofa and loveseat, and matching birch wood furniture. The entertainment unit has a large TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo system. The condo comes with DSL internet, and cable television. Beneath the coffee table there is a beautiful Mexican style area rug that really ties the colors of the room all together. The dining room has a birch wood table with seating for four. The wall has a large birch framed mirror and the room is quite cozy. The kitchen has dark wood cabinets, granite counter tops and black on black appliances. This kitchen has all the items you will need to cook all your meals. The kitchen also has a built in bar lined with two birch wood bar stools. The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed with a gold curvy head board. The bedding is soft tones of beige, cream and white. There is a white cloth bench at the end of the bed, two lighted bed side tables and a 6 drawer dresser with a TV / DVD unit. There are two sliding glass doors that provide access to the terrace, a huge closet and another smaller dresser. The bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom or the hallway. The bathroom has a separate tub, shower and a single sink vanity. The terrace of this unit has been furnished with two wicker chairs, a dinette set, chaise lounge and a BBQ grill. This is the perfect spot to grill up some fish or steaks and watch the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and ceiling fans throughout.

After dinner you can kick back in the wicker chairs and count the stars or just relax with the sounds of the waves rolling in and out. This condo is just spectacular! You will not be disappointed with all this condo has to offer! Book your vacation now!

Property is AWESOME - Unit 603A is awful

  • 3 of 5

Bella Sirena is a beautiful property and the staff were more than friendly and accommodating. The condo we stayed and Seaside Reservations were a problem.

Upon checking in with Seaside to get our keys, they advised us that we would need to pay an addition 20.00 a night for the 3 nights that we were there because there 3 adults; I made the reservation for 3 adults at the beginning, after advising them that we wouldn't pay it, they decided that was okay and wouldn't charge us since we were not told that from the beginning. The real problem was that we had no bedding, no bath towels, hand towels or washcloths. There was not any dishtowels or soap to do the dishes. I called Seaside reservations and within 30 minutes we had bath towels but that was all. There was not a screen on the sliding glass door, making us keep the doors closed and not being able to enjoy the breeze and the sounds of the ocean. All of the patio furniture is worn out and rusted, the padding on the furniture was filthy and very old. We paid nearly 700.00 for 3 night to stay here and we feel that we were ripped off for sure. The nights actually cost 364.00, but the addition 300.00 were in fees charged by VRBO when the reservation went through Seaside reservations.

Run far and fast from this unit....

Shabby condo, no pride of ownership

  • 1 of 5

Walked in to peeling paint, walls scuffed & marked up in every room. Smelled musty. Cheaply decorated from a thrift store with mismatched posters and framed prints, metal art with Roosters in the kitchen and a metal Rooster in the bathroom with some random talavera pottery and fish decor scattered through the unit. There were no curtains in the living room (like pictured) or in the master bedroom, just cheap plastic vertical blinds that were missing panels, this let a lot of light into the bedroom. There was a blue poster print of a New Mexico Mountain range in the bedroom which didn't lend to the ambience of a seaside condo. Furniture was a very orange colored honey oak type of wood & scratched up. No Mexican rug in the condo as described. The beautiful bedspread was sealed up in a bag in the closet and a cheaper blue and white cover was being used. Mismatched patio furniture. We could not get the bedroom DVD to work. There were no instructions for the living room DVD and we could not successfully switch it to DVD from direct TV.

The Bella Sirena is a very beautiful condo resort in a old world Spanish design and most of the owners follow this style of decorating and if they can afford to buy a resort condo, they can afford to decorate appropriately. The grounds are impeccable and you see workers and security constantly making things right.

We would not book through Seaside again, but only directly through a few of the owners we are acquainted with. The Seaside people are friendly, however Seaside charges a lot for the rentals, even if in shabby condition and they do not hold the owners to maintain the units as would be expected for this caliber of a resort. We were also hit with an additional $187 in various fees besides the daily rate by Seaside Reservations. We did not have adequately stocked toilet paper, dishwasher soap or paper towels and the owner does not provide any kitchen towels. There were 3 thin large towels in the bathroom, 1 hand towel and only 1 wash cloth. We had to contact Seaside and pick up what we needed as the "maid" did not come, but once during our 4 day stay and we were told there would be service daily.

Also Seaside advertises a fitness room in the description, but renters are not allowed in, only the owners. As soon as you check in to Seaside, they put a hospital type of wrist band so everyone knows you are renting. Do not recommend this unit and we will only rent directly from owners in the future.
