About Joanne Liberles
I live and work in Orleans and relocated to Cape Cod from the Boston area in 2000. This property is being offered for rent for its 5th season having just purchased it in 2013 and completed renovations.
Joanne Liberles purchased this House in 2013
Why Joanne Liberles chose South Orleans
As always, a driving factor in real estate is location. This house is very well located for all of the activities the typical vacationer is seeking: great beaches, proximity to the bike path, golf course, restaurants etc. The house has been freshly painted and furnished. The deck and backyard are well set up for outdoor dining and play. Lots of room for tossing a ball or frisbee around...
What makes this House unique
Accommodates a crowd...in 5 generous bedrooms plus a game room. Lots of parking.

Spacious and clean
Perfect location. Central to everything. House was comfortable and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of fun things to do and restaurants to enjoy.
Lucky Enough in Orleans
Our large family of 6 adults and 6 children and a much beloved dog enjoyed a glorious week at Lucky Enough on Cape Cod. The grandchildren loved the yard and had lots of fun playing whiffle ball and tag and just running. The house was large enough for all of us to be comfortable. The outside shower was especially useful after beach days at Skaket Beach.
The house is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. There was also plenty of parking for four cars.
We really enjoyed the deck area and having enough room in the kitchen for all of us to eat meals together.
All in all, a wonderful vacation. When asked if she would like to come back, our 6 year old granddaughter gave an enthusiastic yes!
Centrally located, family friendly property
We had a great week on Cape Cod and enjoyed staying in this spacious, comfortable property. It was attractive, clean and and everyone had their own room. Having two full baths, a game room/office, and a laundry room were nice assets. The kitchen was roomy enough to accommodate more than one cook in the kitchen. There are bases in the backyard and the kids played whiffle ball for hours. There was easy access to the main road and several nice beaches were close by.
Another amazing weekend!
Lucky enough certainly makes you feel lucky enough! The house is wonderful and accommodates many guests -- close to Nauset beach! This was our second time at this home and we already can't wait for next year! Joanne is easy to get in touch with and accommodates all needs! Looking forward to 2018 already! -- Jenn
We were, indeed, "Lucky Enough..."
Beautiful house and grounds, convenient to everything, great kitchen. A delightful experience.
Fantastic way to ring in the New Year
My family of 11 all gathered at various stages to say goodbye to 2016 and welcome in 2017. The house was perfect for this size gathering - and having the long table just off the kitchen worked really well for us as we all sat around and played games. The house is well maintained, clean, warm, and the perfect setting for get togethers'. Thankfully we were allowed to bring our "fur" babies too - making it even more special.
Well located near Pleasant Bay and just a few minutes to world famous Nauset Beach on the National Seashore, where you can enjoy long stretches of white sand, and good waves for boogie boards. You may even see a seal or two as you stroll along the shore. The beach is served by a takeout restaurant, 'Liam's' where there are fried clams, burgers and killer onion rings to be found. There is also a changing facility and rest rooms next door. 'Lucky Enough' is also handy to both Chatham Village and Orleans Center for a great selection of casual and fine dining options and boutique shopping.
