Beautiful Home!

Early-Fall long weekend in Provincetown spent with good friends. Despite the rainy weather, it was a great visit. Thankfully we had this wonderful home. This is such a beautiful property! Every amenity is included. The attention to detail is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to anyone. Great time of year to visit Provincetown.

Spacious, High Quality and Comfortable

What attracted us to this property is that it is not only beautifully decorated but is a high quality house which is super maintained.

I love the attention to detail the owners have given to the layout and function. It was easy to move right in and know the functionality of the kitchen, Sonos and lighting.

The beach across the street is very convenient and is just one prime example of the natural beauty of P Town.

Also, outdoor shower is a plus.

The house was perfect! Randy who manages the home was very welcoming and makes sure this house is heaven for guests who stay here. The owners followed up to make sure everything was ok and even offered welcome basket. Very nice touch!

Rebooking next year already.

Amazing property with great amenities

A group of 8 of us stayed in this great house for a full week, and alI we can say is that the house is worth every penny. Definitely going back to this house. Beautifully decorated, top of the line amenities, clean and a very helpful/quick handyman, make for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. You can tell right away that the owners put time and care into making the house a comfortable and beautiful place, so we all take care of the place as well. The house is is exactly as described when we first looked to rent it, if not BETTER. You're located in a quiet area, but close enough to the center of town that you don't feel like you're missing out on anything. If you like raw bars, you're pretty much walking distance from the Red Inn. And of course very close to the P-Town Inn pool.

Overall, great house, location, customer service and amenities.

One of a Kind Luxury in the West End!

My family and friends spent 2 weeks in this spectacular home in the West End of Ptown this August. This is the second year we have stayed and have rebooked for 2016. It has ample parking (unheard of on Commercial Street). Beach and Kayak storage . You are steps away from the beach, boat ramp, the Red Inn, Ptown Inn's pool, Gale force (bikes), Relish (Bakery), and Victor's (dining). The trip into town is an easy walk, although the petty cab service will come right to the door and whisk you wherever you want to go. But why would you go anywhere. We spent many afternoons and evenings on the front porch's rocking chairs people watching and taking in the sunset. The interior has been renovated and updated to please even the most demanding traveler. The kitchen is well supplied with everything one would need to cook for a full house. The back yard (fenced and very private) has a full dining area and many comfy places to read, and layout. The landscaping is gorgeous and now includes two water features. Best of all, the place started to really feel like home after a couple days. The neighbors are very friendly, the house itself is flawless, and the location is unbeatable.

Cancellation Policy:
a) If Lessee cancels and the premises are successfully rented to another tenant for the same amount as the current lease between the Lessor and this Lessee, Lessee will receive a refund of the rental payment(s) less a processing fee equivalent to 12% of the total rental rate. The Lessor will also receive a full refund of the security deposit.
b) If Lessee cancels and the premises are rented for less than the amount of this current lease between Lessor and this Lessee, Lessee shall be reimbursed the amount of the rental payment(s) less any difference between rent received from the new tenant and less a processing fee equivalent to 12% of the total rental rate as agreed upon for this lease.
c) If Lessor is unsuccessful in renting premises due to a cancellation, Lessee forfeits all rental payments, excluding the security deposit.
