Best Beach House Ever

The house was better than expected. It was perfect. I figured there was some hype in the pictures - best angles, best conditions - but it was all true. The house was on the beach. It even had the only palm tree affording shade on the Lanikai beach. The lay-out was perfect for 8 of us. We even had room for 2 kama'aina grandkids to do an overnight. Very well-equipped. The house was charming (not new, but great anyway). My wife didn't want to leave. The views are exceptional. We'd return in a heartbeat.

This combined with our current general excise tax (GET) of 4.712%, brings our new vacation rental tax percentage to 14.962% for all rentals starting January 1st 2018 or later.** Rate will be adjusted back to 13.962% for rental before Dec 31st 2017.
