Agree with the comments made from the previous review (Sept 2014). We just stayed there last week and the same issues still exist. The couch in the living room is extremely uncomfortable, to the point where I'm sporting a very stiff neck this week. The walls are very, very grimy - visible dirt & marks everywhere. After stripping the linens in preparation for our check-out (a requirement), we found a HUGE blood stain on the mattress in the master bedroom. The views are amazing, but the outside of the windows and railings are extremely dirty. It's tough to enjoy the view when it is obstructed by dirt and bird droppings. I would not stay here again unless they did a thorough cleaning, replaced the mattresses, and replaced the couch/added more seating.

Good, but could be outstanding.

This is a beautiful home with many desired amenities. Perfect location, ocean views from every room, a well appointed kitchen, an elevator (!), garage works for 2 larger cars, great decks for morning coffee and sunset happy hours. There were 3 main issues. 1) Beds. The beds were horrible. I was told master bedroom bed hung over the edge, sunk in the middle and was quite uncomfortable. We stayed in the queen bed. It was hard as a rock. We ended up gathering extra comforters and putting sheets on top of them. Still, it was a rough week. The adult in the "third" bedroom had a futon. Really appropriate for maybe a child. Thank goodness we had taken a blow up bed, just in case. He ended up leaving early. That bedroom also is a "pass through" room...anyone from upstairs who wants to leave must go through that room. It is not private. I would say calling it a three bedroom is a stretch. 2) Things are just sort of falling apart in the kitchen. It is a lovely kitchen, but in need of repairs. 3) There is only the small sofa to sit on in the evenings. The unit sleeps 8, but sits 2 or 3. Sitting on a wood dining chair for an evening of TV doesn't work for more than 3. More comfortable chairs are needed. The management company was very helpful in making our stay as nice as possible. I would stay there again if there were new beds and more good seating in the living room. We share with relatives and that part worked.
