A terrific oceanfront 3 bedroom property that sleeps up to 8. There is King sized bed in the Master Bedroom with a full private bath, Queen in the second bathroom also with a full private bath, two twin beds in the third with a half bath across the hall and a queen sized fold out couch. It is priced very competitively with other comparable 2 bedroom ocean front properties. It provides you a far less crowded alternative with more bed(s) than a 2 bedroom and about 40% more square footage. This rate includes all cleaning, booking and property management fees plus FREE WI-FI in the unit, FREE bicycle, FREE body board and FREE nursery rentals as well as FREE access to the fitness and business centers.

It has ocean views from the unit, 8 blocks of shopping and dining to the east and endless shopping and dining to the north and south as well as Crystal Pier at your doorstep. It is centrally located so the drive downtown or to the airport is only about 13 minutes from your reserved and gated parking spot. There is also a 24 hour full service grocery (Ralph's) and a pharmacy a block away.

The unit is on the first floor in the center of a 'U' shaped building, so noise from the boardwalk and the city are filtered out and all you hear on your comfortable and private patio are the sounds of the ocean. The common courtyard is spacious, private and adjacent to your patio and is directly accessible from the unit if you prefer to sit next to the boardwalk.

Also, 50% of the owners are full-time residents so the Home Owners Association has strict policies (and fines) regarding excessive, late night noise - so you can be assured that you will be staying in a peaceful and relaxing beach environment.

The complex has a spa, a sauna, and a large patio area with lounge chairs and patio furniture overlooking the ocean.

Four great nights with three young kiddos on the ocean!

We stayed at this condo at the end of February 2016. Rewind to the booking, though -- the owner was fabulous and helped me resolve a payment issue with the managing company. He was attentive to all my questions, and I was excited about our trip.

The condo itself was great. The building is older so there are obviously some signs of wear, and the fixtures (closet doors, sliding door screens, etc.) do not work that well, but it didn't matter. The condo was IMPECCABLY clear when we checked in. I was nervous about leftover dirt, because we have a crawling baby, but the floors were so clean we could walk barefoot.

Everything was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing people should know -- the "third bedroom" has an open window into the kitchen. There are two twin beds in that room, which was where we put our other two children. We closed the fabric curtain and the blinds, but any noise from the condo could still be heard in that room. It made it difficult to use the kitchen, watch TV, etc., after the kids went to bed. I would suggest moving the two twin beds to the other bedroom so that children could sleep in the quiet back corner room. Or, I would recommend adding a pane of glass to the opening so that it would be quiet in that bedroom.

Other than that, we had a great vacation. I would book this property again and am already hoping to come back. The location is fabulous, the parking spot is awesome, and the building is quiet. The location is perfect to park your car and walk to restaurants, ice cream (Baked Bear!!!), grocery stores, and anything else you need.
