Love everything about this place but the hard spring bed. Lots of room. Great for pets. An update on the mattress would be great. Love the location, close to Rockport and Aransas Pass. Would love to stay again if the mattress was updated. Wonderful little place!

Great cabin

  • 4 of 5

This was a great little cabin for a very reasonable price.

It was quiet and well stocked with everything we needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely rent again for a quiet get away!

Wonderful Welcoming Cottage

  • 5 of 5

My husband is assigned to the area for work and this has been a wonderful oasis. We have been able to visit him once so far but will be coming again before he leaves in May. The park is right on the water with fishing and a fish cleaning station just a minute walk from your cabin. It is cute, has 3 lazy boy chairs and a huge closet. We will rent this wonderful place again for a family vacation hopefully this summer. It is located right in between Port A and Rockport so your only a short drive to each. There is also a little cafe' and liquor store down the street on the other side of 35 - you can walk there.

Palm Harbor Rental Home

This home is lovely inside. Very clean and perfect for a small family (no more than four total). Master bed is comfy and only other bed is a pullout couch. Two small kids could sleep there. Bathroom was clean, bright and well stocked. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a good meal. Three recliners complete the living room with a small flat screen TV, perfect for Shark week! While not the RV camp's responsibility, the neighboring harbor is very old and run down. Fishing in the bay between Port Aransas and Rockport is only steps away from this cabin and there are plenty of well-maintained fish cleaning stations right on the property. Great place to stay for driving to the beach and for fishing right at the cabin. I recommend this location for any small family or couple looking for a quiet, clean place to stay.

Very clean and very nice getaway!

  • 4 of 5

The family and I really enjoyed the accommodations provided by the staff. The place was very clean and had plenty of space for a family of four and a 5 month old baby, it’s quiet and peaceful, they even have a regular size smoker/BBQ pit for cooking out if that’s what you like to do. The only thing I wish would have been a little more accessible would be the fishing area, there is a boat water area right out the front door but because it belongs to a different area you cannot use it for fishing, also you cannot park your vehicle by the seawall on the bay so we did most of our fishing a short distance away. Other than that the place was great, will probably go back but this time without the kids ; ) for a little more romantic holiday.

Wonderful Stay!

  • 4 of 5

Excellent accommodations with literally EVERYTHING any cook would need/want in the kitchen. Location on the Intercoastal is fun. Place is quiet and homey with VERY helpful hosts. I was heading home alone and saw that I had a flat tire. Sweet host, Robert, came out in the heat and helped me get the jack, donut, etc. from the fully loaded trunk and proceeded to change the tire in the blazing sun! Truly a saint! Luckily a young family came along and Robert got some help from the dad. They sent me to Walmart where I got it fixed.

The only down side and it's a big one, was the bed. Mattress was old and rock hard so good sleep was only accomplished by middle of the night treks to the recliners! Please get a new mattress set and this would be perfect!!!

Thank you for everything!
