Couldn't have asked for more!!

303 is just perfect! The beds were amazing-so comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with anything you need-the closet was full of beach and pool needs-no problems with TV and WIFI reception (and the one night when lightning knocked out the TV it was only out for about 10 minutes)! Located in a wonderful area that is not overcrowded and very quiet. And finally, the view!! O my gosh the view from the balcony was breath taking!! I guarantee we'll be back-cause we sure hated to leave!!

Great Property - Great Experience

  • 4 of 5

GOAL: As a couple, our goal was to get away in early Spring, enjoy the sun, warmth, beach, and ocean, and forget about “real life” for a while. Mission: ACCOMPLISHED!

PRE-VACATION: It was easy to learn about this property online. Every description and image was accurate and authentic, and not over-hyped. The specific procedures for arriving at the address, finding the keys and access points, locating the parking spot, etc. were simple to follow and spot-on.

ARRIVAL: It was almost anti-climactic. No surprises. Everything worked. We found the key, typed in the code, and were in the unit.

SETTLING IN: The unit has plenty of closet space, shelving, and dressers. We had more than enough space for our stuff. Our first stop was to the grocery store. Upon our return, the full-size refrigerator and standard-size kitchen was more than we needed. In addition, there existed every glass, bowl, plate, and utensil that we needed.

LOCATION: To quote my wife, “Why go almost all the way to the ocean on vacation? Let’s live on the beach!” This unit is right on the beach. We simply took the elevator to the ground and walked out onto the sand. It couldn’t be much better than that. The address is right on the main road – simple to find. WAZE got us there accurately.

UTILITIES: The AC, water heater, shower, kitchen, television, sliding doors, balcony, elevator, parking spot all worked perfectly. Our one issue was that both mattresses were over-worn and sunken in. Sleeping became a bit of a chore due to the constant “falling in” to the hole. They desperately need to be replaced. Since we spend the majority of our in-unit time sleeping, this is a big issue. One suggestion: the bedroom TV should be larger. We really appreciated the beach chairs.

CLEANLINESS: We’ve all heard the stories of bad rental units: worn out, infestations of roaches or bedbugs, dingy, dirty, etc. Well, this unit is in GREAT condition. It is clean and fresh. We were really happy about that.

GENERAL: We would return. This unit is everything it is advertised to be, everything works, and it is neat and tidy. The location (street) is on the main drag and simple to find – and the location is right on the beach. What’s not to like?!? BONUS: The neighbors were nearly undetectable. This place was very quiet and private.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment which had a great view from the balcony where we could enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Nice and well equipped with the possible exception of the frying pan which was not I a good condition.

Nice pool area, and direct access to the beach made it a perfect stay for us, we would certainly want to return.

Very nice and quiet surroundings.

303 Chambre--great place!!!

  • 5 of 5

I highly recommend itripvacations! The advertising photos and information was exactly what was offered. The condo was very clean and had a beautiful view. the communication with itrip before during and after my trip was excellent and very pleasant! I was very pleased with everything about the vacation location...so much that my mom and I have made this our yearly event! We really enjoyed the beach and the availability to shop at St. John's Pass.

FL2016

My husband and I spent two weeks in Maderia Beach at 303 Chambre. The location was perfect and the beach beautiful. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The pool and hot tub were nice. The condo was nice though could use some updating in bathroom. Was disappointed with the bedding. Very cheap. Only one blanket and pillows were awful.Only had trash baskets in kitchen and bath. But all in all great two weeks.

Hoping to return next year for perhaps 3 weeks.

Spring Break

  • 4 of 5

The Chambre was in a perfect location at Madeira Beach. It was within walking distance to John's pass, local restaurants and the 7-eleven. The view was amazing, especially the evening sunset.

We loved the stocked condo (beach chairs, towels, kitchen accessories, ect).

The only part about the condo which we were not thrilled about was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the fact we were only supplied with one key. That one key is necessary to get in AND out of the gate to the beach and into the elevator. I loved the security of needing the key however, it made it inconvenient for us if we split up.
