Location! Location! Location! You won't find a more convenient spot. Rent a car, a bike or stick to cabs.

A private suite: The home has 2 masters. It has a private suite above the garage, yet attached to the house. If you are traveling with co-workers or someone that you don't know very well, the suite is the most private and tucked away from the rest. The house also boasts a great terrace across the front for outdoor eating, drinks or hanging out.

New everything: This home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt to the highest standards. Everything is new.

Like to cook? A commercial style kitchen houses viking appliances and a large kitchen island.

Amazing home with a great location

This house is pristine and beautiful. We loved how close to downtown we were, and how quiet the street was. It is also very close to Pease Park which is great for a walk or run. Highly recommend!

Great Stay in Austin

We enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled home. It has a big welcoming kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and large common areas. The location was central to all the things we enjoy about Austin. There are great restaurants nearby and it was an easy commute to the UT game. Carla and Jeff were terrific and very easy to communicate with. House instructions were clear and everything in working order. We enjoyed the neighborhood and friendly neighbors and will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Austin home central to everything.

This home is gorgeous. Spacious and comfortable, our group had a great time staying here. The furnishings and art work in the home are fantastic. The homeowners are great to work with and our whole experience was excellent. We will be back!

McCurdy House is located in the Historic Neighborhood of Pemberton Heights in the heart of Central Austin. It is a beautiful, walk-able neighborhood filled with historic homes and many of Austin's celebrity residents. It is less than a 3 mile cab or bike ride from downtown. Minutes from Ladybird Lake trail, you can get a run or paddle board in before hittting El Naranjo on Rainy Street DownTown. Follow it up with a cold beer on Luster Pearls back patio. For the champagne set, there is Jeffrey's and Josephine House less than 2 miles away. The perfect ending to a day of shopping at The Domain shopping center which includes high end retailers from Neiman Marcus to Sur La Table. For those attending football games, the home is 2.8 miles from UT/Darrell K Royal stadium - a mere 9 minute cab ride away. There is no more convenient location to everything Austin has to offer.
