About Susi Graf

My house is in excellent condition. I am looking for a family visiting for a year, starting August 2016.

Susi Graf purchased this townhome in 1998

Why Susi Graf chose Park Slope

Park Slope is close to Manhattan, close to a large park, has fantastic restaurants, shopping and sightseeing as well as entertainment. There are a lot of bars and there are lots of activities for kids. There is a relaxed, artsy feel to Park Slope and you can always hop on the subway, go over the Manhattan or Brooklyn Bridge and you are in Manhattan in less then half an hours.

What makes this townhome unique

My six burner stove is popular, as well as the garden. People love to sit outside and relax.

There are many restaurants around the corner on 5th Avenue, also bars and shops.

7th Avenue just steps away, more restaurants, shops and bars there, many have live music.

In the summer there are many open air concerts, film screenings and events in Prospect Park.

Many activities for children.

My house is ideal for visiting professionals with a family, like professors on a sabbatical.

A scene for young people.

Relaxing for middle aged people.

Great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

Just returned from a week here and it was certainly a great place to stay! Susi was very gracious and worked with us when flights were delayed. Very convenient location and walking distance to subways, restaurants and more. Will be returning in the future!

a nice place to stay, might use it again

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Susi's place for a week end in May 2014, we really liked it. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. It has two large independent bedrooms and a smaller one between them, accessible from both bedrooms, but with the doors that can be closed and provide privacy. That was a nice arrangement for us, a couple with a young child and a grandmother. The place does not have a sterile feeling of a hotel or a rented apartment, but of a home of a very interesting person, with nice books, etc. Thanks to Susi for being a good host, and we might come back.

Short notice weekend

  • 4 of 5

Our group of two adults and two teenagers was able to make a short notice booking for a weekend in NYC at the end of August 2013. The house is exactly as described and was perfect for a short stay in NYC. The owner was very helpful in arranging the rental at short notice and organised a friend to receive payment and pass on the keys, as she was out of town. The property is very comfortable and well equipped, although a microwave oven would be a useful addition. The owner allowed us to use her parking garage nearby which was a bonus. Will definitely consider returning here if we come back to NYC.

Great comfy home

  • 5 of 5

This is a great family duplex in park slope. My family stayed there for three weeks in late June and it had all the comforts of home. The washer and dryer were fixed. There is a huge kitchen with great stove and all the appliances you need. And a big dining table.

A really cute garden patio off the kitchen. And a super comfy large lounge room.

This place is ideal for a family as it's furniture is 'lived in' and doesn't make you feel like you're in a museum - the photos are accurate so you know what you're getting.

Susi was fairly attentive and not overly intrusive - not sure why the other renters had that experience as we were mostly left alone but she was available by cell. There is an apartment on the top floor but it's separate.

Great location just off 5th ave and an easy walk to 7th. Honestly for the space it's hard to find something comparable in the neighborhood. If you're looking for something to accomodate a family this is it. If you're looking for a more sleek designer home - this isn't it.

Lovely Park Slope experience.

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at this charming house for 2 weeks with my small family, it was more then we coud have hoped for. The rental consists of 2 floors; the ground floor with it's comfy living room, dinning area and outstanding gourmet kitchen (with a professional gas chef's stove) the french doors at back of kitchen open onto to a lovely private garden, where we had many breakfasts and cocktail hours. The bedrooms are on the parlor floor and quite large with light and views, the master bath has a large soaker tub / shower. The neighborhood was fantastic, lots of restaurants and shops close by as well as the subways for jaunts into the city. The owner Susi was a charming hostess. I look forward to staying there again.
