About Tiffany Sullivan

I was born in Florida and much of my family still resides there. However, I grew up in Rhode Island on the coastal beaches and in the fishing ports. There, I paid for college by working on my families Off-shore lobster vessel. I ended up going to college at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. Currently, I reside and work in Connecticut.

Tiffany Sullivan purchased this house in 2012

Why Tiffany Sullivan chose Merritt Island

My family and I have strong ties to Florida. I could not have found a better home away from home. Although, I recently purchased this home my family helped me prepare it to accommodate you and your family. Most guests comment on the close proximity to all major attractions like the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, and water sporting activities.

What makes this house unique

This home has a great view from the living room through the sunroom of the water. It is something to go outside to the screened in patio and hear the fish jump up and down the creek before you go to sleep. On the other hand, it is even better waking up in the morning to the water. The waterway in the backyard is Sykes Creek and it is frequented by manatees swimming up and down the creek. Sometimes if you are lucky the porpoise dolphins may make their way up the creek to say hi. Please take the opportunity when you wake up to enjoy your breakfast or a cup of coffee while sitting on either patio.

Amazing Family Retreat

  • 5 of 5

We loved the home and the amenities that it offered. The canal in the back is amazing. We fished from the back yard, saw alligators and manatees off the dock. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were great. We came for a family reunion as we are all separated by a couple of states and our aunt lives in Florida. It accommodated all of us comfortably. The owner was patient and responsive. We had a great time and it is located for easy access to the beach and Orlando. There is great shopping and restaurants all close by. Thank you!!!!!

Good time

  • 3 of 5

It was a nice home and in a great neighborhood. Very close to everything

Could have been a little cleaner and the previous renters left their food and dead crabs in the fridge. Would have been helpful to have the cleaning them out

Also house gets pretty warm during the day and takes a while to coil but overall a great stay

Mr Sullivan was very kind and helpful

Owner's Response: James and Leah, Thanks for the review! We are always trying to make our guests stay better! The dead crab was shrimp bait left to fish off the dock. As I explained to James this was a quick turn around and we attempted to get the house as ready as we could for your stay. The outside temperature has been on the rise into the 100's lately and the AC is a new unit...when it is left in the auto setting and set at your desired temperature there will be no issues. I hope you received my five star review!

This is a spacious beautiful home in a quiet side walked neighborhood.

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time. Our first morning, we saw dolphins feeding in the canal. 2 swam right under the dock where we were standing. Neighbors across the canal took us on their boat to see the sunset on the river that evening. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all meals, but the home is close to restaurants for when you don't want to prepare meals. This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it even more this time. The beach is close (20 minutes or less) and my 14 year old learned to surf.

The owner, Tom, is very responsive. The house is in good condition with kayaks and a bike to use. I highly recommend this home. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the beach with still having easy access.

Wonderful home for our family vacation.

  • 5 of 5

The home was beautifully kept and very comfortable. The home is set close to the water where my family enjoyed fishing and kayaking within steps of the home. Lots of marine wildlife to enjoy from the comfort of a screened in porch. The home was spacious and large enough for us to all feel comfortable and right at home. It was set perfectly in the middle of many attractions that were within short driving distances. My family loved our time there and hope to be able to do this again soon. Thank you so much for use of your lovely home.
