Hurricane Michael Update: Due to the devastation of the surrounding area, the unit will not be available for rental until December, 2018. While the Nautical Watch complex did not suffer major damage compared to others, the infrastructures of Panama City and Panama City Beach need to be re-established.

Welcome to a place you may never want to leave! This unit fills up quickly with returning guests, so if you have not been here before, you might want to choose your dates quickly and come stay in this sweet little condo. From the moment you walk in the front door, you will enjoy the gulf views.
This unit has one bedroom and one bathroom and it is on the ground floor, so park your car out front, unload, and get started on a wonderful vacation! It will sleep up to four people as it features one king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper The sofa sleeper has just been replaced.
The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and granite counter tops. It is well furnished for cooking and eating. There is a small table with two chairs and a bar stool. There is a wonderful flat-screen television in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. The bathroom has been beautifully updated with a large shower and new vanity.
Free WiFi is provided, and this is great for checking out local attractions as well as making dinner reservations.
The Nautical Watch complex is very well maintained, and the pool area is beautiful. Beside the pool area are grills, so you can grill your lunch or dinner while you enjoy the pool. Nautical Watch is wonderfully situated on Thomas Drive, a favorite of the locals. It is quiet yet offers easy access to whatever beach experience you wish to have. St. Andrews State Park is just to the east while Pier Park is not too far to the west.
