My wife and I have stayed all over the US, and I have been saving this review for the property that is at the top of our list! The house is tremendous and stock to cook anything. We made Chili, Beef Stew and Spaghetti the first day and enjoyed the property for the rest of the week. We caught trout every day, and my wife caught her first rainbow on a fly rod (a memory we will never forget)! We saw mule deer and whitetail deer everyday. The Property Manager (Sherrie) was great, and the Owner (Sterling) was right there when we had a question. Can't wait to go back! By the way, don't miss the Art Gallery in Pray. It is outstanding!
This place was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location and scenery is just right. This house is brand new and has it all. The owners did not skimp in furnishing this house. The appliances in the kitchen are top notch. The house manager was extremely helpful and warm and very welcoming. She did help us out when we had to ship our bags instead of carrying them to a few more destinations in our trip. She personally picked these bags up and held it for the FedEx guys to come pick it up. You will not be disappointed if you opt to stay here. Yellowstone itself is half an hour away and this place is ideally located between Yellowstone and bozeman airport. An added bonus is the emigrant general store closeby. You would struggle to find anything else closer.
The house is located 30 miles north of Yellowstone National Park. The Park provides its own sense of wonders, but also gives visitors access to the Beartooth Mountains, Grand Teton National Park and other interesting surrounding communities such as Jackson Hole, WY and Cody, WY as well as the rustic and tranquil Cooke City, MT. These sites alone could occupy visitors for weeks.
