I have another house in a very private area of Palm Desert City. Several years ago I started to rent my second home as a vocational rental. Because of the high demand and many inquiries from my return customers that I was not able to accommodate I decided to buy another property, but for a change a little different location, close to all the actions and fun of Palm Springs.

IT WAS EVERYTHING WE WERE EXPECTING
The house was well located with a short car ride to downtown and 3 minutes from the airport. I must say the noise from the airport was minimal. A favorite of our stay was the heated pool and spa which was very private. We used them often. The house was spacious and free of clutter. The large peninsula in the kitchen was handy to hang around either eating or using the computer. The four couples using the house had plenty of room. We discovered a humming bird next in the orange tree over the pool with 2 small chicks. They were about ready to fly when we left. The plantings in the backyard were colorful.

Owner so friendly. Very responsive to emails. Beautiful spacious, quiet, comfortable, clean home in great location. Pool, warm and clean.
Fantastic Spring Break Get Away!
Our family ( 5 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house has an excellent floor plan and well equipped kitchen. Not to mention an amazing back yard and amazing pool!!! We really didn’t want to leave and in fact, rarely did during our stay. Galina was quick to respond to questions.
We will be back for sure.
The backyard...a beautiful escape.
My husband and I, along with two of our adult children, their partners, and our baby grandchild, had a wonderful time in the home. Everything we needed in a vacation home was made available to us. The kitchen and family room (overlooking the back yard) were large and really comfortable for a family gathering. The owner was very responsive and helpful.
Although the house is near the airport, it was not noisy, and it was within a walk-able (about 30 min. walk) distance from downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed our walks through the neighbourhoods of Palm Springs to get to some amazing restaurants on the main streets of this interesting city. We would definitely like to stay at this house again.
Everything we wanted was there
We recently rented the home for 6 weeks. We always have family visit us. The 4 rooms were important and the guest were happy. Everything we wanted was there. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. Pool area was wonderful!!!

Beautiful and comfortable house
Very convenient location getting from and to the airport. Our party included 5 adults and 4 children and found the house very spacious. Had everything we needed to prepare our meals which allowed us to stay and enjoy the marvelous pool. The house had plenty of pool tools for the young ones to enjoy. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely recommend this house.
1 mile to all the attractions of Palm Springs and to the famous Palm Canyon Dr., Spa Resort Casino, restaurants, golf courses, shops, galleries.

cleaning fee: $250.00. Utilities are not included in a rental amount. Heating of the pool is not included. Security deposit is required. Regular chek in time 3 pm, check out 11am, early check in, late check out: $70.00 on request and depends on availability. City of Palm Springs TOT PERMIT No. PS 6033, City ID 2315 PERMIT Exp. 07/31/18 There is no city tax for stays of 28 days or longer.
