Emerald Isle is a premier condominium complex in Pensacola Beach. It is a 17 story high rise sitting directly on the beach, overlooking the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Unit 502 is a nice, comfortable condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico. In 2017, this condo was updated with new living room furniture and custom drapes. It has a very well equipped kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, a 42 inch flat screen TV in the living area, with smaller flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. It also has 3 DVD players, and free wireless internet. This is one of the few units at Emerald Isle that has replaced the pedestal sink in both bathrooms with custom vanities and cabinets, providing extra space for your items. There's a dining table that seats six and 3 bar stools at the bar for additional eating space. There's a King size bed in the master bedroom, and a Queen size in the guest bedroom There's also a queen size Flex-steel sofa sleeper and twin sleeper chair in the living room room for additional sleeping space. The condo sleeps a total of 7. This unit is directly Gulf front with a private balcony over looking the gulf, pools, and hot tub. The living room and master bedroom both open onto the balcony. Along with the glass sliding door, the living room has a floor to ceiling glass window for breathtaking views. You can see the Gulf from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

Emerald Isle is in the heart of all activities and is just a short walk to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and the fishing pier. There's a convenience store located across the parking lot. The complex has 2 gulf front pools (one heated) and a hot tub. There is also a gulf front exercise room. For added security the property is gated with security codes.

Great Condo!

We stayed here for a family vacation and found the condo to be very clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. The living area is spacious with great views of the gulf! The kitchen is well stocked and appliances are updated and well functioning. We'll definitely book this condo again when we are in Pensacola!

Great vacation

My family and I stayed here in August and had a great vacation. The weather was good and the water was beautiful! I thought this unit was very nice and also had comfortable beds. I hope I'm able to rent this condo again next year.

Beautiful condo!

I stayed here for Easter vacation with my family and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and I especially like the tropical decor. Not to mention, well equipped as any house would be! I hope to make this an annual trip and will definitely stay in this unit again. Thank you!!

We stayed at Emerald Isle (the same complex) last year and this condo is a definite step down in furnishings. If i spent this much buying a condo, seems like i would spend more than ? on furniture. when you look at the pictures, THINK ECOMOMY Model. I calmed a bit after a few days but it is not a great value ,. it is very econo and there was sand in the bed, lots of it, when we checked in.

Owner's Response: I'm sorry you were disappointed in my condo. I always hope my guests have a great stay and I've strived to keep my unit nice, comfortable and well equipped. Your review took me by surprise.You may have noticed that I keep a guest book in the condo for comments, good or bad. My book is filled with wonderful comments and not one negative. I've also had repeat guests. But I do realize that opinions vary about decorating and furnishings. When I bought the condo in 2011, I completely redecorated and bought several pieces of expensive furniture, including a top of the line Flexsteel sofa sleeper and chair sleeper, and various pieces of "Tommy Bahama" style furniture. My condo is also one of the few units here that have replaced the pedestal sinks in BOTH bathrooms with custom vanities and cabinets.The pictures posted are accurate, so I guess it's up to the individual to decide whether the unit looks like an economy unit or not. I apologize for any sand in the bed. My housekeeping service has always done a good job and I've spoken to them about this. I've been assured that this was an isolated case and should never happen again. In any event, my rental agency has a 24 hour answer service to take care of any problems. At VRBO's suggestion, I am contacting some of my former guests and hoping that they will also write a review. I take all criticism seriously and will be on the look out for ways to improve. Again, I'm sorry that my unit didn't live up to your expectations...I sincerely hope you had a good vacation anyway.
