The physical address is: 27120 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561

This building is a low density, direct gulf/beach front, and closest Phoenix complex to Perdido Pass (all boat traffic has access to the Gulf from here) Relax and enjoy watching sailboats, power boats, and charter boats glide in the glistening water as they exit and enter Perdido Bay from your balcony, or head down to the beach and play in the wonderful gulf surf.

The Phoenix East II amenities include free wireless internet in your condo, separate indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie splash pad shared with Phx East right next door, fitness room, hot tub and saunas, gazebos, barbecue grills, half court basketball, indoor racquetball court, and lighted tennis court. The parking area allows for the fisherman to bring his boat, just pay for the spot.

Enjoy shopping at the Tanger Mall Outlet stores back in Foley or the SanRoc Cay shopping and dining area across the street. In addition, you are only a short distance from The Wharf, where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, big name concerts at the Amphitheater, and the Rave Motion Picture movie theater. We are located 1 mile from the famous Flora-Bama Lounge and 30 minutes to the Pensacola Naval Air Station, home to The Blue Angels (see their practices!) and the Naval Air Museum, a rival to the Smithsonian. Also located at the naval air station is Fort Barracus, a pre civil war fortification built to protect Pensacola from invasion by sea: as well as the Advanced Redout (which is accessible only during guided park ranger tours). Other historical sites include Fort Morgan at the western tip near the mouth of Mobile Bay, and Fort Gaines a short ferry ride across the bay on Dauphin Island.

If someone in your family is involved in soccer, softball, or baseball, and has a tournament scheduled at the Orange Beach Sports Complex, Phoenix East II is only a 10 minute ride away. We are about a 30 minute ride to the Gulf Shores Sports Complex.

If someone is attending a conference or meetings at the Perdido Beach Resort consider staying at the Phoenix East II, since we are located right next door you can walk to work. You can have the comforts and space of home while attending to business next door.

The unit is on the 14th floor with exceptional views both east and west. The master bedroom, with access to the balcony, has a king size bed with adjourning bath. The second bedroom has a queen with its own adjourning full bath. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed allowing for the unit to sleep 6. A new stack washer/dryer was installed in July, as well as, a new 55' HD television in living room, 42' HD, and 26' HD televisions in bedrooms in August.

NEW WAY TO GET TO THE BEACH!!!

New start-up airline with routes originating from Oxford, MS; Memphis TN (downtown or olive branch); Birmingham, AL; and New Orleans, LA non-stop to Gulf Shores' Jack Edwards National Airport.

Travel Tips:

1. Refuel your car at some point along the interstate before coming south. Gas in very expensive along the coast.

2. The new Wal-Mart in Orange Beach is a market only.

3. Use the Baldwin Beach Express with its own exit from I-10, and hook-up with the Foley Beach Express to avoid traffic congestion in the Gulf Shores area (intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Rd). NOTE: There is a toll ($3.50) to cross the Inter-coastal Waterway bridge.

About Lacie Brady

My husband and I are now emptynesters who do travel quite a bit, but have decided that it would be nice to have a place for quick getaways. South Alabama is the perfect location with the change of scenery (marshes and swamps to beaches), and the unlimited activities the area offers.

Lacie Brady purchased this condo in 2011

Why Lacie Brady chose Alabama

Because costal Louisiana is mostly marsh, the opportunity to relax by the pool, or surfside with the sounds of the ocean are non existent. Coastal Alabama has the beach that Louisiana doesn't and has always been a favorite destination for our residents

What makes this condo unique

Because our unit is on the 14th floor, we are above the top of the building next door, and the views toward Perdido Bay and Pass are spectacular. On a clear day, in which there are many, one can see clear past Ono Island into Florida!! My favorite part of coming to the beach is boat watching, and here there is no better view.

Fantastic

  • 5 of 5

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, there's a reason we come back. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and has a great view. The pool area has been renovated and looks great. We brought my sister in law and brother in law, first timers to Orange beach and they loved staying here too. Lacie is a sweetheart and great to rent from...this has been a fantastic vacation and I'm still relaxed a week later.Loved the Acme oyster house, LuLus, Tacky Jacks, Lamberts and everyplace we ate....Lacie, we will be contacting you this winter for next years vacation........Thanks

Owner's Response: hi mike, once again thanks for deciding to stay with us for your southern get-away! joey and i enjoy hearing from our repeat visitors, and that you also enjoyed your time at our condo. yes, the pool renovations were completed this past spring, and really come out nice. our management team (the condo association board and brett-robinson) works hard to keep the building and grounds in top form for our guest. along with the outdoor improvements, we were able to make a few improvements to the interior of the condo this past year as well, and my goal for spring 2017 is to replace the carpet in the guest bedroom!! we look forward to hearing from you again next year!! thanks, lacie

Amazing!

  • 5 of 5

Hi Lacie –

Just wanted to shoot you a note to let you know how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo this past weekend.

Everything was perfect – from the gorgeous view and the accommodations in the condo to the waterfront location. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more relaxing weekend.

Thanks for having us and we hope to make many return visits to Orange Beach in the future.

All the best,

Candace, Monique & Friends

PS – Loved the Mardi Gras-themed room! Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Wonderful Stay

  • 5 of 5

We just got back from staying at this beautiful condo. We have a 4 yr. old and she thought the lavender was the BEST thing ever. The condo is exactly as it appears in the photos and actually even better. We were far away from everything but still close. Traffic was not bad & the weather was perfect. Lacie made it very easy to book the condo & was very quick in responding to any questions I had. The check-in & check-out process was very easy also. We definately recommend this condo!

What an amazing weekend getaway!

  • 5 of 5

My son recently had a birthday and all he asked for was to take a trip to the beach. So after searching and searching for a place to stay I finally found this one. I spoke with Lacie and we booked it for the weekend. Our stay was AMAZING! The view was wonderful and the condo had everything we needed to be able to cook there and enjoy the amenities that they had to offer. The condo was clean, neat, well decorated, and was just perfect for us and made us feel like a home away from home. Our group also consisted of 4 children ages 4 to 8. It is perfect for a family who has children. If the children get tired or hungry all you have to do is hit the elevator and go up to feed them or let them nap. There's a few grocery stores about a mile away also. I loved being on the east end as well. The Hangout Music Fest was going on the weekend that we were there and we were sheltered from all of the traffic and road closures due to that. Lacie thank you again for making my son's birthday bash at the beach one that he will never forget! We will DEFINITELY be back soon!
