Great news we have installed an elevator in our home! Children are not allowed to play in elevator!
We have the most awesome panoramic view of Blue Heron Lake, the Marsh, Lagoon and Fripp ocean inlet from our wraparound deck at our home located at 126 Sandpiper Run. I never tire of observing the wildlife around our home. The Great Blue Heron roosting within 20’ from the deck, snowy white egrets fishing on the lake, deer walking through the marsh, and ducks paddling in the lagoon. Breathtaking sunsets and endless photo opportunities! Just a very short walk or drive to the beach, golf courses, tennis club and pools.
Our large 4BR (4th loft BR) custom designed house was designed to include two connected octagonal Pods (EyePods). The large Master Bedroom is located in the second Pod with a King sized bed and a 32” flat screen TV . The Master Bathroom is to die for! Not only did we install a Jacuzzi tub, but an unforgettable walk-in body spa that is hard to leave once you walk in. This Pod also has a very comfortable Guest Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, full bath and 26' flat screen TV. The utility room is also in the Second Pod. The washer and dryer are located here. In the first Pod, there is a 600 SF Loft with two Queen size beds and a half bath. The Loft also has a 39” flat screen TV with a full motion arm mounted on the wall. Inside the closet you will find the DVD/VCR. Open the door and insert your disk. There is an eye on bottom of TV that will read the remote. There is another Guest Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, full bathroom and a 26' flat screen TV. All TV have a full motion arm mounted to the wall.
Wait until you see the Great Room. Windows are everywhere, with a 23’ high ceiling. Totally awesome. If you need to kick back and have a lazy evening, there is a 32” LCD/HDTV. Cable/DVD and Hi-speed wireless broadband access available.
The first Pod also houses a spacious and well equipped state of the art kitchen. If you love seafood, try out the steamer for succulent shrimp and crab legs. There is also a remarkable double door sub-zero freezer and refrigerator. We never have to worry about filling the cooler with ice, because one of the two ice makers will put out 20# of ice per day for that hot trip to the beach.
Another half bath is conveniently located near the wrap-around deck.

New flat screen TVs in all rooms.
Two golf carts included free of charge with all stays. One cart has a speed package please be careful when using them.
Fripp Island Club Guest Cards are available. Guests may purchase club cards for a modest fee. [$50.00 per person per week in season and $35.00 per person per week off season; daily and weekend rates are also available]. Cards are not required for kids age 12 and under.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

$250.00 Additional cleaning fee will be charged for non weekly rentals.
Personal Check, Cashier's Check. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a 'Mandatory' evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent.
Mary Stivers and Janice Crenshaw have been visiting Fripp Island for over 20 Years. Each year we would look for that perfect spot to build a home. This lot was already owned by another couple that decided not to build. The rest is history!

We love nature Fripp Island is full of bird life, deer and all kinds of critters. We love feeding the deer carrots they come right up and eat out of your hands.

Our home is unique in design. We did not buy we built this house. Two large octagons connected by a foyer. Windows everywhere. Our home was completed in 2006.
Our deck is quite large, lots of space.
Our home has an open floor plan. Many windows lets you see how beautiful Blue Heron Lake, the marsh, an the ocean inlet. The built-in steamer is a joy. The master walk-in shower is amazing.
Sub-Zero makes lots of ice and the Ice machine will make an additional 20 lbs of ice daily for those trips to the beach.
Wine cooler is also available, please just plug it in.
Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home. Two families stayed there comfortably. We enjoyed the wildlife and the kids really enjoyed seeing the deer. The island and the house was a nice place to visit. We enjoyed it so much we will be back some day.
We have stayed in the lovely home many, many times over the years, in both the summer and the winter. The house itself is always welcoming, bright and perfect furnished. Looking out in the early mornings to herons and egrets along the causeway, watching the birds on the feeder off the back deck, sharing a ballgame on the tv, or perched in the loft with a book, we have enjoyed this beautiful home. The golf carts make it easy to reach nearby beach access points to enjoy long walks searching for sanddollars. A rainy afternoon is a perfect excuse to wander in Beaufort, with a stop at JCT on the way home. We treasure our time together on Fripp and look forward to our next visit.
The home was just as described and very clean. We loved the view of the lake and the "visit" from the gators every time we grilled. Golf carts definite plus for our larger party. Janice was very quick to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.
Our week at Fripp was great! House was beautiful and very clean with lots of room. Owner was wonderful to work with and quick in responding. Would definitely rent again!
We stayed in this home the last week of July and it was absolutely amazing. This house was in excellent condition and looked exactly like the pictures. During our stay we encountered one minor issue and Janice resolved it immediately. She was very responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is by far the nicest house we have stayed in on Fripp in our many years of coming here. We will definitely rent it again.
Our week at Fripp was wonderful! House was amazing! Lots of room and location was wonderful. We loved the golf carts. We loved sitting out on the deck early every morning watching the birds and deer and alligators. We will definitely be back.
We spent 4th of July week here @ Fripp in this gorgeous house. The house is spacious and well furnished. The views of wildlife from the deck are unbelievable...birds; deer; alligators. We had so much freedom to ride around on the golf carts included in the house rental. The deck, dining room and counter provided more than adequate room for family dinners and gathering time. This was the 2nd time we've rented this house and hopefully it won't be the last! Great place!!
