This slope side condo has much to offer in both the winter and summer seasons. There are fabulous year-round mountain views as well as easy access to the restaurants, shops, etc. at Beaver Creek. For convenient access to the slopes, chairlift #14 is only 40 feet from the lodge lobby. Within the condo, there are two comfortable bedrooms that each sleep 2, as well as a pull-out sofa for an additional two people. Some amenities include:

About Richard

We discovered this property before it was even built many years ago, never realizing that it would become the World Class Resort that it is today. We always knew how special it would be as a ski vacation home for our extended family. I am happy to be able to share this special home with others who will also appreciate how wonderful our home truly is.

WOW. What a fantastic vacation! We have traveled around the world, and this vacation with our family was one of the best. A large part of the reason is the owner, Dick Packer. He did everything to make our stay amazing. He was incredibly generous and accommodating, and allowed us to arrive late at night, the day before our vacation was to start! If we emailed him with a question, he always replied the same day, and he gave us wonderful advice for where to grocery shop and how to get around. He was sincere, and he genuinely wanted us to have a great time.



We spent 5 days here with our two kids (5yrs and 1yr), my mother, and my brother and sister-in-law. When we arrived the condo was impeccably clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the needed appliances (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc), and all the kitchenware needed to cook. There’s a washer and dryer in the condo which was very useful, and the bed linens were soft with plenty of extra pillows and sheets.



The balcony view directly faces Beaver Creek Mountain, and the pool and hot tub were warm. We used it daily, and the kids loved it.



The walk to BC Village is about 7 minutes, and even the kids (without ski gear) walked without a problem.



The parking garage and ski lockers are directly below the condo…..very convenient.



The Elkhorn Ski Lift really is only a few feet from the condo, which was fabulous for the adults. My young son was just learning to ski, so he wasn't good enough skier to use that lift, but it was so easy to have someone drop us off at the Village, and then my son and I would meet up with the ski-in/ski-out skiers on another trail on the mountain.



In the end, spending time with our family, and the personal and incredible service made this one of our favorite vacations.

Spacious 2/2 Condo in the heart of Beaver Creek

We stayed in this beautiful Condo the second week of April with our 2 kids. We had a wonderful time in Beaver Creek and enjoyed the comforts of the condo. This place was exactly what we needed in terms of proximity to the village and space for ourselves and our kids. The kitchen is fully equipped which was great to enjoy breakfast before heading out to ski. It was also convenient to have a washer/ dryer at our disposal. The shuttle runs every 15 mins and it's a short 5 min ride to the village. We walked to the village several times to enjoy the area and the beautiful views. It was also 5-7 mins walking to center village. The condo owner was also wonderful to work with. He was very kind and thorough about the condo, general information about BC and also called us on the first day to check on us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!!!

Wish it didn't have to end!!!

We had the best time on our ski trip to Beaver Creek. This condo is TRULY Ski in/Ski out...In the past we have rented at other places that advertise Ski-in/Ski-out but there was a walk to the lift -At Borders Lodge as soon as you exit from the ski locker room you are skiing to the Elkhorn lift...and there is NEVER a wait to get on the lift. So easy to come back to the condo for lunch or mid-day break and then so easy to get back out on the slopes. Richard was so accommodating and really wanted to make sure our vacation was awesome. We had everything in the condo that we needed. We had asked ahead of time if there was a Crock-pot, Richard said there wasn't one there but he would try to get us one...sure enough when we arrived there was a Crock-pot there for us. Coming home to to smell of homemade Chili cooking all day after a long day on the slopes was such a treat. Above and beyond service!!! Richard even called the day we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff at the Lodge was also very nice. They provide coffee, hot chocolate and water throughout the day for all guests which is nice. The only thing "slightly not right" with this place is Hot Tub gets a bit crowded at the end of the day since there is only one Hot Tub for the lower building but the nice thing is the pool is also heated so you could get in it if the hot tub is too crowed. SO overall there really isn't anything wrong with this place... so just book here and have a great trip like we did!!!

Excellent position condo needs some work

Owner's Response: We are so sorry about the issues this renter had. We offered to reimburse their lost food expenses and also had the fridge looked at and we thought repaired. We heard nothing more about it until the next renter who had the same problem. We are in the process of buying a new refrigerator. In the meantime we have had the broken parts replaced and the latest tenant reported it is working fine. We are also in the process of getting new mattresses. The Borders was able to bring a hide a bed in for the young son who was supposed to sleep on the sleeper couch and that will also be replaced. We understand they had a good vacation and appreciate the comments about our beautiful view and location!

Week in Paradise for 5th year!

We just celebrated our 5th visit at this property in Beaver Creek and hope that we can continue to visit year after year. We love this property and after 5 years, it feels like our "home away from home!" Everything about this property is wonderful-the condo, pool, hot tub, workout room, outside grill, location, and the staff at Borders is amazing! We can't say enough about how wonderful our stay is each year. The owners are wonderful to work with and they make our stay seem effortless. There are few places you can visit where you can park your car in a heated garage and leave it for a week if you want. The Beaver Creek shuttle will pick you up and drop you off at several locations within town. It is so easy and convenient! The owner has also supplied the condo with everything you need for an amazing stay. We are already planning on next years stay! If you are like me and value the recommendations of other renters on VRBO when making your choices, please know that you cannot go wrong with this property and wonderful condo!!

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. We come every year to celebrate my daughter's birthday. I can't say enough about how amazing our vacation to Beaver Creek is each year.
