Overview

About the property

House, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

This stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2,500 square foot home has a specious open floor plan overlooking McCulleys’ Creek in the heart of the Lowcountry and Beaufort, South Carolina.

The unique floor plan combines the kitchen, dining, and living area into one large great room all facing the water for a spectacular view. The oversize master bedroom with its 14 foot high cathedral ceiling has a private porch with a water view. The master bath finishes off this suite with a Jacuzzi tub, double shower, and skylight. In addition to the Master Suite upstairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed, private full bath and office area. Downstairs are two bedrooms connected by a full bath. One bedroom includes a queen size bed and the other has twin bunk beds.

Bring your own boat and jet skis for the 20 foot dock and private neighborhood boat ramp to enjoy salt water fishing, pleasure boating, access to the Intercostal Waterway and to downtown Beaufort. Even if you do not bring a boat, there is a sandy beach a short swim away and plenty of dock fun of fishing, crabbing and shrimping in the fall. The quiet neighborhood is great for children who can either go exploring in the marsh, woods, or climb an angel oak tree that guards the entrance and was a primary feature in the movie “The War” starring Kevin Costner and Elijah Woods.

This house is great for families of Parris Island graduates for a long relaxing weekend and we offer a 10% discount for parents of sons and daughters graduating for our appreciation and support of the Military.

This home is just a short drive to historic downtown Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah and the beaches at Hunting Island and Hilton Head. Plenty of fun for all whether you appreciate golfing, fishing, boating, going to the beach or just plain relaxing.

About Pat Moloney

It was 27 years ago we moved to Beaufort for a job opportunity and we bought this water front property. We thoroughly enjoyed living on the water, the awesome views, and raising our two children in this unique environment. Our children grew up swimming, boating, jet skiing, shrimping, and exploring the many barrier islands that makeup Beaufort and what they call the LowCountry. Boating together as a family was an every weekend event. We have had many visitors and friends come and stay with us over the years and they all commented on what a wonderful place we live in.

In 2011, job opportunities brought new adventures in life and we moved to Greenville, South Carolina. Not ready to sell our wonderful Beaufort home, we decided to list it on VRBO and share it with others. Unsure what we were getting into, we were pleasantly surprised with the response and how well our home and location fit the Vacation Rental Market.

Now you may ask, why the gap between July 2013 and 2017 in our reviews? Again, job opportunities brought us back to Beaufort in 2013 and now 2017, job opportunities has us again on the move and putting our home back on the Vacation Rental Market.

Every Moment in Life is Precious - enjoy and cherish whatever God has instore for you…Pat & Trina.

Awesome Fishing and Fun!

  • 5 of 5

Outstanding Rental! The house was impeccable, very clean, nice linens and adequate amount of towels. Everything we needed was there for our use. The water view and location was a plus! The fishing was awesome as well. We caught crabs galore- right off the backyard dock. This rental is a 5 star! You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful experience!

  • 5 of 5

This entire experience has been amazing. The house is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! So glad to be able to come back here so everyone could visit before heading home. Pat was awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend this place. Would love to stay here again myself as it was the best nights sleep I have ever had away from home. Truly cannot say enough good things about this place!

Woodward & family vacations

  • 5 of 5

Nice open floor plan. Nice dock area. Master bath and bedroom was awesome because of the view and the large open changing closet. We had three couples and one extra adult, a three year old and three babies under three months. We had plenty of room but could have used an additional love seat or couch in the living room. We did sit together, however because of the nice bar located behind the living area. The location was great, close to many things to do, including the beach. It was clean, linens, coffee pot and kitchen items were supplied as well. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet and Serene

  • 5 of 5

Great place to go and unwind from the rat race of life. Beautiful setting looking out from the living room and spent many hours on the dock reading a book(s). The kayaks were great to use to get out on the water. Enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful experience

  • 5 of 5

Thank you so much for opening your home to us. It was beautiful. The house was spotless, and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was so peaceful to sit on the deck every morning and drink coffee. Plus, we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming each morning . We will definitely stay here again.
