The home is beautifully decorated and has new hardwood floors. The kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops and has everything you could ever need, just like home! In some ways it`s even better than home - do you have a deck with a hot tub, BBQ grill, and full, unobstructed ski area views? This home does, and the views are unmatched by others in this neighborhood!

This 3-bedroom 3-bath home is large enough to comfortably sleep 6-8 people - that`s 6 people in beds and another 2 people on a sofa bed in the semi-private garden level basement family room. Similarly-sized homes in Breckenridge often advertise occupancy for up to 12 people, we aim to maximize our guests comfort and experience!

This home is clean, bright, and smartly designed to provide a perfect blend of public and private space. Its location is tough (perhaps impossible?) to beat! A 3-minute walk to downtown Breckenridge, and a 10-minute walk to the Quicksilver ski lift offering direct access to Peak 9. Don`t want to walk 10 minutes in your ski boots? No problem - the Free Ride shuttle bus stops 3 houses down the street to take you to Beaver Run (Peak 9) or the Breck Connect Gondola which services the base areas of Peaks 7 & 8. This home is within a 3-4 minute walk to a grocery store, indoor/outdoor ice arena, liquor store, ski rental shop, Breckenridge Brewery/Restaurant, Historic Main Street, and more!

Recently added to the rental market, you'll find this house has minimal wear and tear and is in near-perfect condition, which isn`t easy to find in Breckenridge homes. Additionally, we're open to long-term rentals; so look no further - this is the place to bring the family for a short or extended stay!

Wonderful vacation in a fabulous setting

The house was perfect for six people. We all had our own space. The kitchen was fully stocked. We cooked a lot of our meals. The house is a short walk from downtown Breckenridge. Our skiers had no trouble getting to the slopes and our shoppers enjoyed the easy access to town. One member of our group got altitude sickness and Mark from Stay Summit brought an oxygen concentrator right over. Excellent place. We would highly recommend it.

Great location and views!

We enjoyed staying in this Home and wish we could have stayed longer. The home is beautiful with a lot of amenities, everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms, even came with entertainment ( keyboard, games, bicycles). The neighborhood is quiet with a short walk to Main Street and skiing. Would love to come back to this location any time of year. Too much to do in the area with not enough time this trip.

Great location, perfect house for a group!

The house was great! So nice having the path to Main Street right out the front door. The views of the mountains from the living room was spectacular. Having 3 bed and 3 bath was perfect for our group there was room to spread out and also all be together on the main floor. I’d stay here again for sure!!

Excellent house in amazing location

We loved our stay here. The management was so attentive to a few questions we had at check in. The home has EVERYTHING you would need and it is so close to downtown Breck. Comfortable beds, amazing views of the mountains, spacious, and bright. The hot tub on the deck was awesome too. We hope to stay again!
