This 3-bedroom 3-bath home is large enough to comfortably sleep 6-8 people - that's 6 people in beds and another 2 people on a sofa bed in the semi-private garden level basement family room. Similarly-sized homes in Breckenridge often advertise occupancy for up to 12 people, but not us - we want to maximize our guests' comfort, not the amount of people who can fit.

The home is beautifully decorated and has newly-installed wood floors. The kitchen is clean and fully stocked, just like home! In some ways it's even better than home - do you have a deck with a hot tub and full ski area views? This home does.

Looking for great 'bang for your buck'? Look no further. This home is clean, bright, and smartly designed. Its location is tough to beat - it's a 2-minute walk to downtown Breckenridge, and a 10-minute walk to the Quicksilver ski lift on Peak 9. Don't want to walk 10 minutes in your ski boots? No problem - the Free Ride shuttle bus stops 3 houses down the street to take you to Beaver Run (Peak 9) or the new Breck Connect Gondola (Peaks 7 & 8). This home is within a 3-4 minute walk to a grocery store, ice arena, liquor store, ski rental shop, Breckenridge Brewery, and more.

This house has scarcely been rented, and it shows! It's in near-perfect condition, which isn't easy to find in Breckenridge houses. We are open to long-term rentals, and in many cases we actually prefer them in this house. So look no further - this is the place to bring the family!

Excellent house in amazing location

We loved our stay here. The management was so attentive to a few questions we had at check in. The home has EVERYTHING you would need and it is so close to downtown Breck. Comfortable beds, amazing views of the mountains, spacious, and bright. The hot tub on the deck was awesome too. We hope to stay again!

Exceeded Expectations

Way exceeded our expectations in so many ways ... convenience to downtown, quiet elegant neighborhood, great value for money, very well-stocked kitchen (kitchenware + consumables), giant clean already-running hot tub, knockout views, tasteful high-end furnishings and artwork. As 6-year veteran VRBO owners who manage short term rental of our own home in Austin, we understand how much work is involved, and Stay Summit handled everything professionally and courteously. To sum it up, we will plan to stay here on every future trip to Breckenridge.

Exceeded our expectations!

We (retired couple + son & fiancee + daughter & 2 granddaughters) stayed in this wonderful vacation home for a week in July and it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect ... secluded but an easy walk downtown. Top of the line furnishings, well stocked kitchen, million dollar views of the ski area, giant hot tub. Three levels, each with its own bedroom and private bath. This is an exceptional value for money, and we hope to return again and again.
