The townhouse is large for the area with over 1900 square feet under air and includes three individual bedroom suites (each has it's own full bath).

The two upstairs suites are very large. One is beautifully decorated and furnished with a king size master bedroom set, and includes a 20' by 10' balcony with a small 'peak' of the ocean. This is not an ocean view... just a little peak of the horizon depending on the neighbors' trees. The other suite also has a king size master bedroom set; there are inflatable mattresses for extra guests or for kids to 'camp' on the bedroom floors. The downstairs bedroom suite is smaller and includes a convertible couch/bed.

This is truly a wonderful location in Cocoa Beach. Less than 100 feet from the beach towards the east, and 100 feet from Ron Jon's and the Cocoa Beach Surf Company Complex towards the west. Walking distance to several fine restaurants, shops, Winn Dixie supermarket, Cocoa Beach pier... there's even a convenience store and two drug stores one block away. Some of the shops (Ron Jon's, 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, Starbucks) are open 24 hours a day.

Why Sean Kane chose Florida Central East

The location offers so many benefits. Within walking distance are surf shops, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and so many other shops unique to this part of Cocoa Beach. The townhouse is also on the 'beach side' so the kids do not need to cross busy streets. With a short drive you can find Kennedy Space Center (20 minutes), Canaveral National Sea Shore (35 minutes) and all the amusement parks in Orlando (50-60 minutes).

What makes this townhome unique

On a single day, we've kayaked with manatees, watched a rocket launch, played on the beach and driven to Disney for an evening of fun.

Hope we are able to come back!

The condo was perfect for our group of nine. It is close to everything and QUIET! Never even heard the kids downstairs. Sean was very friendly and quickly addressed any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful spring break.

We loved it.

We had an amazing time. The house is very spacious and there was room for everyone (4 adults, 3 kids). The best part was the location, within walking distance to the beach and stores. We will definitely be back.

Best Vacation Ever!

From the location, to to our rental, everything was great....more than we expected. Close to the beach and walking distance to so many attractions. The housekeeper who greeted us and showed us around was very helpful and welcoming. The owners, Sean And Josephine Kane were were so very nice and great people to deal with. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to have the best vacation ever. We want so much to return again next year in the same timeframe if this unit is available

Awesome Place to Stay

What a great place to stay. Sean was very forthcoming on what was available at the house and the listing is exactly what we expected and found. He had everything ready and we were met by a very nice lady who let us in and showed us around. We had a garage to park our car in and we felt very safe the whole time we were there.

The house is approximately 200 steps from the beach and within walking distance of lots of things in town. Walk to Starbucks, Surf Shops, Putt Putt Golf, McDonald's, Grocery Store, Walgreen's, and many restaurants.

The house was fully furnished and clean. Included a washer and dryer and we ate in a lot which saved us money in the long run. Sean provided all the beach equipment that we needed to have a great time. We will come back again and when we do, we'll be calling Sean for his place again.

Fantastic townhouse right by the ocean!

This is a very nice, well furnished property. It was very clean when we arrived and was overall welcoming. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and made a week of cooking easy and convenient. The walk to the beach is short and doesn't cross busy roads. Ron Jon, 7eleven, CVS, Walgreens, several restaurants, and many other stores are less than a 5 minute walk away. The two car garage was very helpful and kept the car cool for any time we needed to use it. There are hardly any sounds of traffic throughout the day and night and it's all very quiet. I will definitely be staying here again when I go back to Cocoa Beach.
