This beachfront unit has a large balcony for experiencing amazing Panama City Beach sunsets, watching wildlife in the gulf, and dining. It is fully equipped with patio furniture and an outdoor grill for preparing meals, and is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom.
This condo is a step above with upscale furniture and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, in-unit washer and dryer, wall mounted flat screen TVs with built-in DVD players in every bedroom, and a large LED flat screen with Blu-Ray player in the living area. Everything has been thought of, including hairdryers in the bathrooms! The kitchen is fully stocked, and there's seating for 6 in the dining room with four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter.
Your family will be right at home with amazing accommodations and privacy. The gulf-front master has a king bed with en suite bathroom including a huge walk-in glass shower and separate his and hers pedestal sinks. The second master has a queen bed and en suite bathroom also including a huge walk-in shower and double pedestal sinks. Tuck the kids into the neat bunk beds where they have their own flat screen TV with built in DVD player. A third full bath is in the hall next to the bunk room and includes a bath/shower combo. There's even a pull out couch (with a thick and dreamy mattress that would surprise you!) to offer more sleeping space. Two families can fit comfortably with room to spare! This property was just as described. The grill on the balcony was great to cook in and balcony was big enough for all us to be out there. We had issue with AC on the 1st day and they sent someone right out...communicated/updated with us throughout the day and it was fixed that night. Bunk bed room is very small...we had 2 teenagers in there and was tight but smaller kids would be fine.
Would stay here again.
Great Ladies Weekend
Overall, we had a great stay. We had 6 adults ladies. Balcony is a good size. Plenty of beds. Top bunk was not very sturdy. It may need to be tightened with bolts. Condo was clean other than some dusty areas, such as the top of the refrigerator. Inside was clean.
Loved the bathrooms! Plenty of space for ladies to get ready for a night out!
Great location. Nice pool and fitness center. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Our best ever vacation was had in this condo. It's spacious, beautiful, clean, comfortable and everything you could want in a vacation location. The condo is close to all the fun at Pier Park, right on the amazing Gulf of Mexico, and has every possible amenity. We loved the beds, lovely kitchen, having laundry in the suite and a grill on the balcony. Not one thing is overlooked!!!
Best condo, best property, best location in PCB!
My two small children and I traveled here with my sister in October 2015. September and October are the best months to be in PCB. 2104 Sterling Breeze is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The most clean unit my family and I have ever rented. As we live only 100 minutes (we start a countdown when we leave home), we have made many trips (extended and brief) to PCB. We have stayed in 2104 Sterling Breeze between 5-10 times in the last five years and it is consistently the most accommodating, comfortable condo and condo property.
The property has nice access to the beach, a beautiful pool (heated when needed), hot tub and fire pit that is perfect for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs or to enjoy a romantic evening. As a mother with small children, one of the most convenient amenities is the location of the bathrooms by the pool. It is easy to reach with my children quickly and the facilities are extremely clean.
I recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach, FL and who appreciate a well kept, clean condo.
Spacious room, beautiful view, great location
This place is huge! We loved the condo and the location near Pier Park is fantastic. The building is not too large for the beachfront space so it was not over-crowded. Can't say the same for the elevators. Expect to wait and don't be in a hurry, no need to get upset about it. The one complaint I have is about the living room furniture. It smelled disgusting and was visibly filthy and grimy like the previous visitors hadn't bathed and were lounging around in wet swimsuits. It was gross. I used some febreeze which helped the whole room not to stink as bad but they still need a good shampoo. It would help if people would take their wet bathing suits off as soon as they come inside. We didn't let the kids or anyone sit down with wet things on but I know everyone isn't as conscientious. The owners and management can't really help that and it's not practical to clean the furniture every time, but it is overdue. My parents loved their private suite by the door, the kids loved their bunkbeds, and we loved the master that opens onto the balcony. Kitchen was well-equipped but we didn't try the grill on the balcony because it looked pretty gross. One of the balcony chairs was nearly busted through so we just avoided that one. The rest of the place was pretty clean. You can tell they quickly surface clean between visitors. Not sure how often they deep clean but I think it is due. We would stay again if it was cleaner and less expensive.
Great Room, Crowded Common Areas
The room was perfect, very spacious and clean. Bathrooms were huge and gorgeous! Beautiful view and even an electric grill on the balcony. The only problems were with the common areas downstairs. We often had to stand in quite a line for the elevators as there are only 2 for such a large building. There was also a line trying to get up from the beach to the pool area. It seems like this could be fixed by simply widening the walkway and cutting back some of the plants. Overall however, a nice place to stay.
