Located directly on beautiful Panama City Beach, with sweeping views over the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is on the 21st floor within the high-end, newly constructed Sterling Breeze Resort. This beachfront unit has a large balcony for experiencing amazing Panama City Beach sunsets, watching wildlife in the gulf, and dining. It is fully equipped with patio furniture and an outdoor grill for preparing meals, and is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom.

This condo is a step above with upscale furniture and fixtures, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, in-unit washer and dryer, wall mounted flat screen TVs with built-in DVD players in every bedroom, and a large LED flat screen with Blu-Ray player in the living area. Everything has been thought of, including hairdryers in the bathrooms! The kitchen is fully stocked, and there's seating for 6 in the dining room with four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Your family will be right at home with amazing accommodations and privacy. The gulf-front master has a king bed with en suite bathroom including a huge walk-in glass shower and separate his and hers pedestal sinks. The second master has a queen bed and en suite bathroom also including a huge walk-in shower and double pedestal sinks. Tuck the kids into the neat bunk beds where they have their own flat screen TV with built in DVD player. A third full bath is in the hall next to the bunk room and includes a bath/shower combo. There's even a pull out couch (with a thick and dreamy mattress that would surprise you!) to offer more sleeping space. Two families can fit comfortably with room to spare! Vacation is all about rest and relaxation. You'll find it here on the pillow-top mattresses!

2104 Sterling Breeze is located across from Pier Park, a 900,000 square foot shopping center with Dillards, Target, JC Penney, Borders, Cache, Aveda, Grand 16 IMAX Theater, as well as specialty stores such as Shimmering Seas Jewelry, Ron Jon Surf Shop and Unique Boutique by Irene & Co., numerous restaurants from Starbucks to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and a park with rides and games for the kids. When you're here, you're only steps from the pool, beach, and entertainment, just bring the suntan lotion!

NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $20 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. The fee is to be paid directly to the onsite concierge, located in the SkyBridge.

Best vacation ever

We loved it here at this condo it had just enough room for everyone. People and staff was super friendly. Very clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Planning next years trip hopefully at this same condo.

Condo needs updating

The condo needs updating and mainly the soft seating and bed spreads. The check in process on a Saturday is so poor. Waited 45 minutes to get on a elevator. Everyone trying to check in at the same time after 4pm. Had to wait for a bell cart for 15 plus minutes due to the issue with the elevator. Not a good experience and will not stay there again.

I’m on the fence. I wish I could say I loved it.

I’m still on the fence as to whether or not I would recommend this unit and location to other renters. The actual rental unit was quite spacious and had great potential to be a wonderful place. However, the bed linens and towels were downright cringeworthy. The towels were ripped and heavily stained. The bedspread/comforters appeared to be so old and dirty that I took them off the beds once we got there and then felt as if I needed to re-wash the sheets from being in contact with them. The carpet is heavily stained and the furniture is so dirty and worn that it gives the impression of being just plucked from a Greyhound Bus station waiting room. I went to Target and purchased a couple of extra sheets to cover the couch and chairs. That helped me feel as if my family wouldn’t contract an illness from contact with them, but had I not brought a couple of extra blankets from home (we like it cold when we sleep) to replace the comforters I removed I would have been really angry with the idea of needing to purchase those too.

Why am I on the fence? Well, these problems could be easy and relatively inexpensive to fix. I’m curious as to why the owners haven’t already done it. Maybe they don’t know? The owners clearly want it to be a quality place because they have a nice, updated kitchen with granite counters, clean appliances, and a very nice washer/dryer unit. The bathrooms are all spacious, updated, and clean as well. They even offer two beach chair rentals per day for the duration of your stay (about a $500 value for a week!) These aren’t things that you typically see from owners who don’t care.

The water was perfect and the sugar white beach couldn’t disappoint even the most critical of reviewers. However, I was ill prepared for the crowds of people. Even the most perfectly serene setting can be shattered by hoards of people on vacation. Screaming children, drunk red-necks, loud music from competing groups of students, and youth running around the chairs and kicking up sand as they pass are all things we had to deal with on a daily basis. I can’t even imagine how bad it would be over a holiday or the month of July!

My family and I won’t be returning. But, we also prefer a quieter setting. We knew PCB was busier than what we normally visit. However, we heard it had been really cleaned-up since the hay-days of our youth, so we thought we would check it out. I’m glad we did, but it’s not for us.

Awesome views

This property was just as described. The grill on the balcony was great to cook in and balcony was big enough for all us to be out there. We had issue with AC on the 1st day and they sent someone right out...communicated/updated with us throughout the day and it was fixed that night. Bunk bed room is very small...we had 2 teenagers in there and was tight but smaller kids would be fine.

Would stay here again.

Great Ladies Weekend

Overall, we had a great stay. We had 6 adults ladies. Balcony is a good size. Plenty of beds. Top bunk was not very sturdy. It may need to be tightened with bolts. Condo was clean other than some dusty areas, such as the top of the refrigerator. Inside was clean.

Loved the bathrooms! Plenty of space for ladies to get ready for a night out!

Great location. Nice pool and fitness center. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Looking forward to another trip!
