About the property

Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

We hope you love what we have done as much as we do. Completely remodeled loft condo nestled in the forest, yet steps from the golf course. We fell in love with Sudden Valley the first time we visited our children here and have looked forward to coming back ever since.

This cozy little beauty has new flooring, tile, countertops, bathrooms (1/2 bath downstairs, full bath/shower upstairs), a woodburning stove, new appliances and a small patio for feeding the squirrels or hoping to catch sight of Bambi after a long day of sightseeing, boating, hiking, shopping, skiing or just cuddling up with movies or a book. Visit Chuckanut Drive, Larrabee Park, Lummi Island, historic Fairhaven, majestic Mt. Baker, island hop the San Juans, cruise the Cascade Highway, visit Whatcom Falls Park, sail in Whatcom Lake or buy all the berries and fish you can find and make yourself a tempting meal in the new kitchen. It's hard to go wrong in such a beautiful setting. Wake up and view the day through the treetops in loft bedroom with large window.

Walking distance toTino's Italian restaurant, ,100 yards from Sudden Valley golf course, Lake Louise, coffee shop, salon and spa and fitness center, We think you will enjoy your stay and want to come back. I know we do!!

About Lynn

My husband and I both own our own businesses and look forward to seeking out the simplicity of smaller communities and the richness of other landscapes. We love seeking out new adventures that are diverse from where we live and work and where we like to visit and play. We have five children and two grandchildren, five cats and two dogs, and have spent many family vacations renting from VRBO, which is what made us decide to try to see if we could share our new hideaway with someone else. We have done a lot of sightseeing in the Sudden Valley area and there is always more to do than we can possibly find the time for. And the fresh produce and fish in Washington ROCKS!!!

Lynn purchased this condo in 2007

Cozy, clean and comfortable

  • 4 of 5

My partner and I came to stay at this great condo-loft space for a quicker escape to the mount baker wilderness region. The area is beautiful. The condo is surrounded by beautiful PNW forest. The space is great for 2 with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Lynn was very prompt to responding to my reservation request and sending over the needed details.

Thanks Lynn!

Couple from orlando

We did enjoy our stay at this pretty little town home. All was clean and just as pictured. Golf just steps away was a perfect feature and the clubhouse view and Mexican food a real treat. Bellingham is a fun area. Local micro breweries good beer and food. Visit them if you get tired of Mexican or other way around. Note about rental. Outside is really dark but cozy. Could use new refrigerator. Loudest ever heard. And don't try shower if you are a little on heavy side. Guess could leave door open. Definately not room for two. Haha. Anyway. Would stay again. Met expectations. Sudden valley beautiful place to live.
