This unit features a newly renovated kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, real wooden cabinets and polished granite countertops. Enjoy relaxing meals in the beautiful dining area adjacent to the kitchen. This unit provides comfort with high quality furniture, stone tile floors, custom, built-in style storage and exquisite decor. All will enjoy the breathtaking views from the huge picture windows and balconies accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom holds a luxurious king sized bed and Gulf views from its private balcony. The master bedroom has granite countertops and a stone shower. The guest bedroom is graciously accommodated with a w queen size bed and ample storage. Both guest bedrooms are designed with custom closets and newly installed lighting to help assure you will look your best for that night on the towns. A guest bathroom with stone shower enclosure is accessible in the hallway for convenience to all. Additional sleeping is available in the living area with a queen size sofa sleeper. The condo in Beachside 2 was lovely. BUT it seems that the staff st Gibson is aware of a problem w the duct work and the master bedroom was unacceptably warm. The first thing you DONT want to hear is “keep the black out curtain drawn and we are bringing up a fan”. We enjoyed our stay but the air conditioning was a real challenge and we will NOT be renting at this site again. We had to shuffle the sleeping arrangements and it truly was problematic. All that being said we loved the place overall and we love the beach.

Owner's Response: Hi, Melissa! Thanks a bunch for taking some time to leave us a review. We are so sorry to see that you rated the condo less than 5 stars and would truly have loved to make your vacation more enjoyable. We would like to clarify though that there is nothing wrong with the AC in unit 4306, and our staff never said we knew of a problem in the condo. What we did relay to your group though, was that the master bedrooms in ALL beachfront condos in the resorts are normally warmer than the rest of the condo as the duct work from the AC starts nearest the guest bedroom, fans out to the living room and kitchen, and ends in the master. We always suggest that guests keep curtains/blinds pulled in the heat of the day to save on energy costs and help the unit stay cool in the 90-100* weather we experience every day here in Florida (we tend to do this in our personal homes just the same). We promise you the system works normally and all guests this summer have had a very enjoyable time in the property. We hate that this one experience pushed you away from ever coming again, and we truly hope you give us another opportunity. We are glad you enjoyed everything else about the condo: the cleanliness, location, price, etc. for your family. We strive to always do our best in making everyone as comfortable as possible with the limitations within which we can. We hope ya'll had a great Labor Day and hopefully, we will see you again next year!

We have booked our beach vacations with Gibson Beach Realty for years. They are so kind, efficient and helpful. They are located there on site. We love Beachside I & II. It is a great location. The grounds are well maintained. This Condo Unit #4306 was nice and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to prepare a meal. Two comfortable bedrooms, two baths. Will definitely book again!
