Great location! Beautiful view! We loved Navarre Beach!
The condo was large and had ever thing we needed. The balcony was great and very large. We ate our meals out there, overlooking the beautiful Gulf. The condo could use a remodel, though and the linens need to be replaced. The coffee pot also needs to be replaced because it didn't get very hot and doesn't turn itself off. But, overall we enjoyed our stay.

After asking for help to open the doors to balcony everything went fine.
Just wish there was a start of soap in bathroom and kitchen. But a trip to grocery store took care of it.
Condo needs some TLC.
Our stay at the beach was enjoyable. We have stayed at Navarre Beach Regency in the past, but in a different condo. This particular condo (unit 805) needs some updates and fixes. Check-in was suppose to be at 3 pm, but the cleaning crew was not done until 4 pm. This wasn't a big deal as we just went to the beach for awhile to wait. The microwave was broken and was replaced on Monday. The shower light in the master bathroom was not working and was never fixed even though we alerted it to the property manager/owner. It wasn't a big enough issue for me to keep hounding her about it, but then I don't feel like I have to point it out more than once. There were other issues that were not big enough to alert the property manager, but was still a nuisance. There were electrical sockets that did not have a face plate on them. Bottom electrical socket by nightstand in master bedroom did not work. Linens (dust ruffle) in the 2nd bedroom were old and tattered. The air vents in the 2nd bedroom were very dirty. The air filter was very dirty and needs to be replaced. One of the bar stool's foot rest broke off. Not all the light bulbs in the light in the kitchen would come on sometimes. They would eventually come on, but it would be somewhat annoying having to wait for it. Some of the burners of the stove did not seem to get hot enough to cook anything. We ended up just using the 2 burners on the left side. And lastly, kitchen utensils needs to be refreshed. Nothing really major, just things that one would expect to be in good working order especially for the price that you pay for the condo. A little TLC and it could/would be as good as other units in the building.
Big balcony, great family beach,
Condo was nice but as noted, pack some supplies. We had a very nice time out on the large balcony watching the 4th of July Fireworks on the beach. We had a great time with our little family there and will return to Navarre Beach in the future. Thx
The condo was way more than we expected!
There was more room than we needed. It was provided with everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable. The dryer belt broke and from the time I called Cindy til it was fixed was less than an hour. Such a speedy fix and nice service. The view from the baloney was breathtaking. The size of the balcony was amazing. Also it was convenient to Juana restaurant, the pier, and the pier bar. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.
The condo was as spacious as any I've ever stayed. The balcony was huge & the outdoor chairs very comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed the unit a lot. But really? You want to start us out on a week's stay with one roll of toilet paper, dishwasher detergent for one cycle, and the same for the washing machine? For the money I paid, I thought that was being extremely tight. The coffee maker? It was the jankiest thing I've seen lately. It worked, and we had coffee every morning but every cup had grounds in it. How much would a new Mr. Coffee cost? $20, come on. Water pressure in master bath was good, but same could not be said for the guest bath. Bed skirt in guest bedroom was frayed and on it's last leg. These are not major repairs or costly ones I'm bringing up. With just a little effort by the owners, I would have nothing to comment negatively about. But overall, nice unit but with very modest upgrades, could have been even better.
