Nice little apartment with a great location. Parking was easy to find and the home was close to a bus line that helped us to get all over Seattle. The apartment was well appointed...we had everything that we needed. It was clean and quiet and perfect for our vacation. The owner was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great neighborhood, cute apartment

  • 5 of 5

The accommodations were perfect for me. I had total privacy and did not want for anything during my stay. Ralph was always available if I needed anything. Restaurants and market a block away and there is a beautiful path around the lake for walking. Highly recommended for a single, couple or family with small children.

Gets the job done...

  • 3 of 5

Communications and check-in were fine. Located close to some great food establishments. About a 12-15 minute commute to the downtown Seattle area (~$10-12 Uber ride). There's a Lake nearby that's a nice ~3 mile loop. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is wonderful if you will be there for a long period of time. Bring your own detergent, of course. An easy and inexpensive fix to make the shower a bit nicer would be a new shower head. The unit is basically in the basement so there is a slight cold/damp/musty feel to it but there is a space heater available that helps tremendously. I have to mention that the noise from the nice folks living upstairs can be quite incredible. We took it in stride and laughed our way through it, even in the wee hours of the morning. There seems to be no effort to keep quiet. It's pretty remarkable. I've used VRBO units many times and they can be hit or miss when you are in a shared space. I suggest if you are a light sleeper or need complete silence, seek accommodation elsewhere or pack ear plugs. Overall, I believe you get decent value for what you are paying.

Perfect location, Cozy and Clean

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time staying here! Ralph is a wonderful host and really set us up and called us with all pertinent information before arrival. The Green Lake/ Tangletown/ Wallingofrd area is my favorite in Seattle and this is literally a block away from the lake. Elysian Tangletown pup is right up the street along with a great coffee shop and market. We will definitely stay here next time we come to town. Thank you for a great stay!
