The well-traveled Route des Grands Crus and La Rochepot Scenic Vineyards Route are nearby for easy and beautiful pastoral drives through wine villages.

Nearby are numerous places of cultural wealth, castles, old villages, churches, museums, art galleries and street markets. This superb new luxury apartment sleeps up to 6 guests in a XVth century house on two floors for a total of 205 sqmeters (2210 sq. ft).
The lower floor is reminiscent of a castle room with an over-size (1130 sq.ft) open floor plan kitchen/dining/lounge under a high magnificent French beamed oak ceiling. The area has a full-sized and fully-equiped top-end modern kitchen. Artwork is plentiful throughout. The space encourages relaxing with friends over a glass of delicious local wine with sunlight streaming through the restored arched stone-framed windows. Why Jean Jacques & Agnes chose Beaune
(Take advantage of the high $ & £ rate to visit Beaune) Since years we live in Beaune we thought it was now the time to renovate this part of our XVth century house to welcome our friends in a great place to stay in Burgundy. It was made outstandingly in 2011. A nice part of our job is to visit our friends winemakers where we choose our wines. It's a short distance to town and easy to reach. A nice time is to visit the market on satursday morning, colourfull and happy. Don't forget to visit the famous 1443 Hospices de Beaune, it's a must ! Also nice to go and have a drink or dinner on a short walk in the town. You will have a parking card for your car.

This truly is an exceptional apartment. We stayed for 11 nights and would have been very happy to stay much longer. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, the location is perfect and the hosts are delightful. The apartment is one of the most well equipped we have ever stayed in. Upon arrival, Agnes was there to warmly greet us and show us around. There is plenty of information on the area available at the apartment and the hosts are more than happy to answer any queries you might have. Their bistro downstairs serves delicious food and wine and the staff are very welcoming. Our stay in Beaune was fantastic and we would return to this apartment without hesitation.
Perfection in Beaune!
Cannot say enough great things about both this property and our hostess Agnes. The apartment is wonderful, has everything you need and within walking distance to everything Beaune has to offer! Do not miss dinner and drinks at the Bistro below!
Superb apartment and wonderful support from our contact person.
Terrific kitchen and dining facilities. Bedrooms well equipped but stairs difficult with heavy bags.
An amazing experience
Beautiful space. In the middle of everything in Beaune! Very comfortable and relaxing environment - we didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!
An outstanding base for exploring the Côte de Beaune
We spent two and half weeks here and were sorry to leave. We would have been glad to stay weeks more. The apartment is in a sixteenth century building overlooking the Rue Monge. It is completely updated, with a very well equipped kitchen and large living area on the first floor and three modern bedrooms, each with its own bath, on the second floor. Unusually for our travels in the EU, there was a clothes dryer, in addition to a washer.
Because of its central location, it is a very short walk to a bakery, a deli, a grocery store, a butcher, and more wine shops per block than you are likely to find anywhere else. It's a two minute walk to the Hotel Dieu. The apartment comes with free access to an indoor parking lot a two to three minute walk away on the Rue du Tribunal, which provides easy car access into and out of the city center.
The owner and her son are delightful and very helpful with logistics. Their guest book is full of information about the apartment and the town.
If you enjoy food and wine, Beaune is a terrific place to pass a couple of weeks, with easy access to the Bourgogne vineyards by car or bicycle. Other sights in Burgundy are a short car ride away (Autun and Dijon one hour; Vezelay a bit more than two, etc.) We had thought about staying outside the city, but we are glad we opted to stay in town with all of our needs within easy walking distance. And I cannot imagine a better place to stay than this one.
Agnes was a wonderful host! Rue Paradis was truly a home away from home and was huge! Centrally located, walking distance to everything! Parking included and was very close.
We were 6 and there was plenty of space for everyone! Beyond our expectations!
