Newly renovated 'Row House' with comfortable furnishings and antique accents, Salida Style is in a quaint neighborhood walking distance to Historic Downtown Salida. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a complementary bottle of wine, gourmet chocolates, fresh flowers and sparkling San Pelegrino to end the day. Located on the edge of Salida's Church District, just steps from Alpine Park and 3 blocks from Historic Salida's charming shops, art galleries, restaurants and the beautiful Arkansas River. This is the gateway to your Colorado adventure!

The open living / dining area features hardwood floors and a beautiful gas fireplace creating intimacy and warmth; perfect for a romantic getaway or for the family to cozy up in front of on a chilly winter night. The modern kitchen features a magnetic induction cook-top, all new appliances and is perfect for the chef in the group! Salida Style features cozy bedrooms with one Queen and one King bed, and a 3/4 modern bathroom with rainfall shower head and detachable accessory shower head The home offers a flat screen TV with over 72 cable channels and WiFi interface along with a separate i-pod/i-phone dock. Neighboring Alpine Park is perfect for the kids and is home to Salida's colorful Farmers Market from June through mid October. World class bike trails are also nearby along with just about any outdoor adventure of your choice! There is a quaint outdoor area with a fenced in common grounds. The unit has a private patio with dining table, seating and a gas grill.

The condo is 'vacation ready' with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soap are provided as well as tp, trash bags and coffee filters. Laundry detergent and fabric softener is available. You only need to bring your own personal care products.

Three night minimum is strongly preferred, however, two nights may be available upon approval during low season (Sept.-Apr.). Owners reserve the right to accept or refuse three night stays during High Season and Holidays. Live customer support access from 7am-10pm; Actually, you can call us just about anytime day or night with a problem. We're here to help.

We prefer full payment online at time of booking. Balance due upon arrival.

There is an additional $65 cleaning fee for all visits.

With pre-authorization by owners, pets (1-2 housebroken polite pets) are welcome. There is an additional fee of $10/nt. /pet.

Check-In time is 4:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Please be prompt.

Cancellations made less than 60 days from check in date will be refunded if the reservation can be re-booked. You may also wish to purchase vacation insurance.

Rental agreements must be signed and returned by email or mail at time of reservation.

This property was chosen because of the convenient location to the park and downtown shopping. All necessities are easily accessible by foot or bicycle. Phil has a knack for renovating and this was the perfect project for him to tackle.

Every Saturday from May-Sept. there is a wonderful farmer's market at the park. Bring home a fresh breakfast burrito and an assortment of colorful vegies for the night meal.

What makes this condo unique

Centrally located and close to the river, this quaint row house provides the best of everything. A short walk to local shops and restaurants and close to some of the best local trail heads, you could not ask for a better location in town.

Cozy and Great Location

We were in town for the Brewers Rendezvous Festival. The location is awesome. We were across from Alpine Park. You can head there for the farmers market.

The place is cute and cozy. There were just 2 of us. We should have brought our dog, next time. We enjoyed the wine. There were fresh flowers to welcome us. Thank-you!. Everything was great. We appreciate the portable AC unit. It was crazy hot the weekend we were there. At night, it cooled down great. We enjoyed the back patio and met neighbors. Very friendly hood. We would be back again with our dog for sure.

Beautiful and well maintained condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in the town of Salida, Colorado. The condo was convenient to all activities and downtown. Very well maintained, clean and lovely deco. Induction burners took some getting used to and the bathroom was a little small. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Lovely Spot

Just as described and even more nice. We walked everywhere from here, close to downtown but in a very quite neighborhood. Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was clean and perfect. We had a great time. If you sleep on the couch or stack up on the comfy king bed, this is a 5 person place. Otherwise I would see it as a 4 person spot. Make sure when contacting the owners that you lay out specifically what you need and are doing, they didn't seem to read my early ones that stated the number of people and pet... but worked out just fine. I would definitely stay again.

Even better than advertised!

This property was immaculately cleaned and obviously well maintained. We loved walking to the wonderful Salida downtown restaurants and the easy access to skiing at Monarch Mountain. The house was even better than advertised and the owners were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house again and absolutely recommend it to others!

Cute and Cozy, Perfect Location

I stayed here with my sister and parents, a baby and a dog for Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect. We were a little worried the place would be too small but it wasn't at all. It's clean, cute and cozy on the inside, and it's just a short wall from downtown. I would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful house in the heart of town

We had the most delightful weekend in this darling house! Professionally decorated and absolutely charming...only blocks from shops and restaurants!

We have stayed in VRBO's before. But, we have never seen one so perfectly appointed. You will have everything you need, and then some. From chocolates, fresh flowers and wine, the hosts have thought of everything!

We cannot wait to visit again next year!
