Great location up against the Hollywood Hills just around the corner from Runyon Canyon. If you decide to stay, I would recommend the hike up the Canyon; fantastic views of Hollywood, downtown Los Angels, and the San Fernando Valley. On a clear day you will be able to see all the way out to the Pacific Ocean. The rental is very spacious and comfortable. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, dining area, comfortable living area, and loads of closet space. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the Murphy bed was, also. You'll have a 10 minute walk to the world famous Hollywood Blvd and all it's tourist attractions. Loads of great resturaunts all within walking distance; some of the best in LA. You can walk to Yamasuro's, the best Japenesse resturaunt in Los Angeles - it's locates right above the world famous Magic Castle.

There are only two things I'd recommend to the VRBO owner. That is, to professionally clean or replace the carpet. And, clean the outside of the windows; replace with new window would even be better - it is too nice a street view to not have nice looking windows. I would certainly have screens put on the windows in order to open them and let the outside Hollywood sounds in. Lots of energetic foot traffic to and from Runyon Canyon; animial lovers waking their dogs, and the like - not have a pleasant view through the windows is a downside.

I would have rated 5-stars if it were not for these few items.

If you do chose to stay, enjoy - my wife and I certainly did. We were there for 5 weeks.

I would like to add one more very positive item.... Manuela, the property manager, is extremely accommodating and a most pleasant person. The VRBO owner has a winner in Manuela.

Excellent studio experience!

The apartment was in excellent condition. We were met by Manuela, the wonderful property manager, who explained all we needed to know. All was written down as well, and Manuela was available for questions. Housekeepers came to clean up during stay, and it was spotless. Location is central to all one can do in LA and over the hill in Burbank. Close to Hollywood Blvd. and Hollywood Bowl. Works perfectly for both business and vacation visits around LA. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Perfect Location at the foot of Hollywood Hills!!

BEAUTIFUL condo in a perfect location. At the entrance to Runyon Canyon, hike, run, participate in a yoga class, or just admire the views. A short drive to Venice Beach or Santa Monica. A beautiful drive to Malibu. Quick drive to Beverly Hills. Shopping and dining on Rodeo Drive. Sunset strip and Hollywood Blvd are right there. Even relaxing is perfect at the condo, grocery stores close and pool is wonderful!! Condo has all necessary amenities. We truly enjoyed our time here and plan on coming back. Rental company was so easy to work with. We highly recommend this condo for your trip to LA.

Fantastic Stay in every Way

We had a very pleasant stay in this Apartment. We came from Melbourne Australia to visit our Daughter and her Family. This Condo was the perfect place for us to stay. Very good located, quiet and within walking distance to everything we wanted and needed. Only 5 Minute Walk to 'The Walk of Fame", The Runyon Canyon just around the corner was great. From up there you've got a brilliant view over Hollywood and LA. It's close to Shopping Centres, Busses and Subway. The place was bright, very spacious and very clean. It's very well furnished and very well equipped with everything you need. We loved the Outdoor Area with Pool and Spa. Manuela who manages the place looked very well after us. We had a great experience and a lovely time staying there and we can highly recommend this Condo. We actually planning to stay there again for a month in 2015. Thanks for all your help and we are looking forward to see you again

I loved this place!

So I needed a place to stay after my divorce! This little apartment was all the therapy I needed. My trip was an impromptu one, so they were really great about accommodating my last minute request. Working with Manuela was a seamless experience. When I moved in for the 6 weeks I had no idea what a GEM I had found. It was equipped with everything you could possible need, including paper towels, cleaning supplies, soap, basic food stuffs, wine glasses, ( which I used a lot). The wifi worked perfectly, the TV has a million channels, its super cozy, well appointed, and just feels great inside. I am a snob when it comes to linens and bedding and it passed with flying colors.

The amazing thing is its proximity to runyon canyon, which proved to be a beacon of relaxation and healing. It is full of hiking trails, friendly people, and a yoga class that is donation only, held twice per day in the open air! Simply brilliant!

The apartment is an easy walk to the supermarket, 24 hour fitness, the Hollywood walk of fame, the Roosevelt hotel with lovely bars and a pool scene that gives you that real Hollywood experience.

The neighbors in the building are quiet and keep to themselves, which is awesome!

I loved this apartment and neighborhood so much, I attempted to rent it full time. Eventually I ended up moving across the street!

Do yourself a favor and stay here for a month! its a great vacation spot or remedy to anything you may be going through!
