This condo is located on the 23rd floor and is a premium corner unit The Ocean Walk complex is quite simply the best Condo-Hotel complex in the area. The amenities are incredible. You can sit on the CORNER balcony and enjoy the amazing ocean views for miles or stroll the traffic free beach to the nearby pier. The pool area is a fantastic resort setting with a waterslide in one of the three outdoor pools and a lazy river to wade in. There is also a childrens pool. There are two heated indoor pools as well as a game room and a health club. This is just a great property with everything within a short walk. Take a chair down to the beach or rent from the convenient vendor who will for a fee set you up with an umbrella and chairs for the day. Kids will love this place, beyond all the great amenities on property across the street you have Daytona Lagoon Water park with go cart racing and mini golf as well as an indoor arcade and laser tag. Every weekend in the summer sit on the balcony and watch the fireworks or stroll into the bandshell ampitheatre for great musical acts performing throughout the summer. Several restaurants next door including Hyde Park Steak House on par with Ruth's Chris or more casual Bubba Gump's, Johnny Rockets, Sloppy Joe's and Winghouse as well as a Cold Stone Creamery. Shop at the famous Maui Nix Surf Shop for all beach needs

I am a lifelong resident of the Daytona Beach area who works in the immediate area and lives within miles of the Condo.

Why Owner chose Daytona Beach Shores

I chose to purchase in the Ocean Walk building because it is by far the nicest condo complex located in a mile long traffic free part of Daytona Beach. It's unique because it is located adjacent to shops and restaurants so once we arrive there is not a need for a car. The views from the corner unit 23rd floor are spectacular. You have unobstructed views to the south all the way to Ponce Inlet and the light house in the distance and north to Ormond Beach.

                                                            Our family had such a great time this year in Daytona for Spring Break. The condo was clean and very roomy for our family of 6. There was everything we needed in there for the week. George was very helpful whenever we had a question. There's so much to do and see in the area. The pool and beach are clean! We swam almost every day in both the pool and ocean. My kids loved the lazy river - from my teen down to my kindergartener. In the morning we saw dolphins out in the ocean and went shelling. Hope to come back! There's so much more we'd like to do and just didn't have the time in the short week we were there.

                                                            I highly recommend this unit and the owner. He was pleasant and helpful all during the process. Being a resident of Daytona, he made suggestions on where to go and what to do and provided us with contact information in case we needed anything while in Daytona. The owner accommodated us with an early check-in, which was much needed since we left for the airport at 3:30 AM.

                                                            The Ocean Walk Resort is beautiful and very well kept up. Check-in was so easy. The lobby and common areas are kept very clean. The best part was when we walked into the condo. It is much bigger and nicer than it was in the pictures. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the sliding glass doors and balcony was amazing! There is definitely an advantage to this condo being a corner unit. The balcony was large enough for all of us to sit on and enjoy the amazing views. When looking at the size of our balcony compared to the other units at the Ocean Walk, I am glad we decided to rent this condo. The condo is amazing inside and out. It is clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is comfortable and makes you feel right at home. There were beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, etc. There’s a washer and dryer in the condo which came in very handy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Traveling with 5 women, can be a challenge when coming back from the beach and getting ready to go out. We had plenty of room to get ready with the way the condo and bathrooms are laid out.

                                                            The condo was perfect. The owner was the best to deal with. If you are looking to stay in Daytona Beach, rent unit 2321 at the Ocean Walk from George. You will not be disappointed. We have vacationed at many places in Daytona, but I know that when we go back , we will not stay any other place except unit 2321 at the Ocean Walk!!!
