To the right of the entrance hall, one enters a beautifully furnished living room with fireplace and four french doors that open to the covered porch. To the left of the entrance hall, one enters a formal dining room with fireplace that seats 14. The first floor also features a cozy library with fireplace, a large kitchen with dining area and two spacious pantries, a casual family room and a laundry room.
The second floor includes a sunny master bedroom suite with water views, fireplace, dressing room and multiple closets. There are five additional bedrooms on the second floor, three with fireplaces, and three full baths. Two of the bedrooms share a screened-in private porch.
The third floor includes five bedrooms, one of which offers a private seating area, and two full baths. The entire third floor is accessible from front and rear staircases.
The property includes a large parking area covered with crushed pink granite stone. A bike rack sits at one side of the parking area. Crushed granite walkways lead to the house through the gardens.
