My husband and I traveled to Vancouver this Sept. We rented this condo based on the reviews and so glad we did. We didn't find the need to rent a car we used the SkyTrain which is easy to figure out once you're there using it, get a day pass totally worth it. We didn't find the local restaurants to our liking, Spaghetti Factory was the best as well as the bar/restaurant on 6th floor, so we were little disappointed when we wanted to eat later at night and already back from the day, but we survived. Patrick was very helpful and accommodating. I will say, funny thing, the trash room made me think a little harder then I wanted to do at 7am on our day out... but again we figured it out. Back to the condo, it is very much worth it and the pictures are spot on.

This was the perfect location for me and my family to explore Vancouver. Very convenient to the train as it is located in the building. Lots of shops/restaurants and grocery/liquor store nearby - just a short elevator ride down! Paul was great and made sure we were settled before leaving us to this beautiful apartment. Definitely worth a visit if you want to save money by not staying in downtown Vancouver - New Westminster is great!
Very Nice Apartment
The apartment has all the comforts of home including spices, coffee, tea and condiments in the refrigerator so you do not need to go to the store before settling in. The train station on the sixth floor is convenient, but it does take 30 minutes to get to the downtown area of Vancouver and is then a fairly long walk to the Waterfront area. We enjoyed our stay and Patrick was very helpful.
The apartment was clean, modern and in a great location.
Historic old city of New Westminster, the original Capital City of British Columbia. Filled with historic houses, green spaces to walk and bicycle through. Steps from the mighty Fraser River, watch the tug boats and see the fishing boats out catching local salmon to enjoy at one of the many fine restaurants in the evening.
