Excellent property, excellent location

This lovely gem is everything it is advertised to be, and more. We stayed at Patrick's condo for a quick four day stay to visit family. We found the condo clean and well appointed in a secure building. There is ample space for meals to be taken in, as well as a gas grill on the lovely balcony with amazing views of the river and mountains. Groceries and transportation are accessible without having to leave the "complex", as the condo building is attached to the sky rail station, complete with shops. Everything you could want is right there. Getting downtown Vancouver is a snap on the sky rail system. Check in and out is seamless and Patrick is a very accommodating host. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property and property owner.

Fantastic space

My husband and I traveled to Vancouver this Sept. We rented this condo based on the reviews and so glad we did. We didn't find the need to rent a car we used the SkyTrain which is easy to figure out once you're there using it, get a day pass totally worth it. We didn't find the local restaurants to our liking, Spaghetti Factory was the best as well as the bar/restaurant on 6th floor, so we were little disappointed when we wanted to eat later at night and already back from the day, but we survived. Patrick was very helpful and accommodating. I will say, funny thing, the trash room made me think a little harder then I wanted to do at 7am on our day out... but again we figured it out. Back to the condo, it is very much worth it and the pictures are spot on.

Really well equipped modern apartment. Great location for skytrain, Safeways and Starbucks.

Beds very comfortable. Dishwasher and laundry facilities excellent. Perfect for our family's needs. Great view and fantastic sunrise.

Great Location!

This was the perfect location for me and my family to explore Vancouver. Very convenient to the train as it is located in the building. Lots of shops/restaurants and grocery/liquor store nearby - just a short elevator ride down! Paul was great and made sure we were settled before leaving us to this beautiful apartment. Definitely worth a visit if you want to save money by not staying in downtown Vancouver - New Westminster is great!

Another great stay at this wonderful condo!

This has been the third time that we’ve stayed at Patrick’s condo - we’ve stayed both in the winter and in the summer. Patrick is a pleasure to deal with and is very responsive to phone calls and texts.

The condo is nicely furnished, with a beautiful view and has all the amenities that you will need, especially travelling with a small family. There is even a Christmas tree, toys, and DVDs for the kids! It is also nice to have laundry facilities right in the condo and have our own parking spot.

The skytrain station adjoins the building, making it very easy to get to Metrotown or downtown Vancouver without having to deal with rush-hour traffic. There are many restaurants nearby, a grocery store steps away, as well as a movie theatre.

Looking forward to staying here again!

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment has all the comforts of home including spices, coffee, tea and condiments in the refrigerator so you do not need to go to the store before settling in. The train station on the sixth floor is convenient, but it does take 30 minutes to get to the downtown area of Vancouver and is then a fairly long walk to the Waterfront area. We enjoyed our stay and Patrick was very helpful.
