Perfect location, perfect stay & wonderful host - great apartment, highly recommended

  • 5 of 5

Our first visit to Rome was definitely helped by our clean, smart apartment in the centre of everything. Lucia was marvellous, taking time out to welcome us and ensuring our stay was worry free - organising taxi's to and from the airport, recommending a restaurant. The apartment itself has two nice bedrooms and a sofa-bed if you need it, the kitchen has all the amenenities you need. The apartment is very centrally located and quiet - we pre-booked tickets for a 2 day hop on hop off tour bus but only used it once as we were able to walk to everywhere 15 minutes one way to Vatican and 20 minutes to the Colosseum

We are a family of 5 and we all would go back to Rome and go back to this apartment - very highly recommend the apartment

Excellent apartment in Central Rome!

  • 5 of 5

My wife, two daughters (14 and 18) enjoyed this well placed apartment in Rome. It is close to everything but yet tucked away back in a narrow street giving the place a homey feel. The Campo Dei Fiero is a block away with its large open air market - great for picking up supplies. The best bakery in Rome is just steps away from the apartment. All major sites are within walking distance. With two bedrooms, a kitchen and large living area, there was plenty of room for all us to unwind after a long day of site seeing. Finally, Lucia was always helpful and made this stop in Rome easy for us. Highly recommended.

The BEST location in Rome

  • 5 of 5

What a location; and what a wonderful, helpful and generous host Lucia is!

We are travelling from Australia as two couples; and Lucia's apartment was super. Two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and a lounge/dining area with room to accommodate computers, phones, coats, umbrellas and to have a meal.

The location to many of the attractions was an easy walk. Being so close to Piazza Campo de Fiori meant a very easy walk to breakfast; and an easy walk home from the great choice of restaurants the area offers.

We would DEFINITELY stay here again. One thing to take into consideration is that the bathrooms and showers are compact. Plus there are stairs to both bedrooms, so may not suit people who have difficulty with stairs.

This is a great place with a great host. Thank you Lucia for your generosity; we all had a great time with wonderful memories to take home. Belinda, Adele, Andrew & Gary.

Wonderful apartment, great location, fantastic host!

  • 5 of 5

We just completed our first stay in Rome. For four days, we stayed at this delightful apartment and loved it. Walking distance to all of the key attractions and great places to eat. Our host, Lucia, was the key! Have her arrange transportation for you to/from the airport or train station - it’s just too easy and it’s as professional as it gets. Lucia also suggested first night meal options, and other dining recommendations. Apartment was well stocked with all the necessities. It really was located right in the heart of Rome. This apartment is great for up to 4 people that plan to see Rome and enjoy it’s marvelous history. With Lucia taking care of you, it is worth every cent. Thank you Lucia!

Fantastic position where you can walk to all the main sights.

  • 4 of 5

Well equipped and furnished apartment. Very safe as well hidden from street.

Lacks natural light. Only one window in mezzanine bedroom open to fresh air, but only to a view of opposite windows. No windows downstairs. Felt a bit shut in, and would not want to stay here in hot weather and days of longer daylight.

Mezzanine bedroom lacks privacy but has a comfortable bed and nice bathroom, although the shower cubicle is tiny. Other bedroom is very small and reached by separate stairs. Very small double bed in this one.

Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need, for your stay. Didn't eat in though as amazing restaurants in walking distance from apartment.

Owner friendly and helpful. Organised taxis for us, and treated us to pizza on arrival.

We had 3 nights here, in February, which was fine. However if we return to Rome, especially if it is for a longer stay, or in summer months, I would look for somewhere with more natural light and a view.

Beautiful apartment, outstanding location!!

  • 5 of 5

Wow! Lucia's apartment was just perfect. From the moment that we arrived, she welcomed us to Rome with a beautiful assortment of foods and fresh pizza. We had two couples traveling and the size of the apartment was perfect. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there was privacy, yet common space of living, dining room and kitchen were perfect to spend time together. It is in a great location with shops and restaurants literally outside of the door. It was within walking distance to the Colosseum/Roman Forum, Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and really close to Campo di Fiori. The apartment was well appointed and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. It was extremely clean. We can't thank Lucia enough for sharing her beautiful apartment with us. We will definitely be back!
