This is a beautiful and spacious 1200 sq. feet condo, (a regular condo size is about 800 sq.feet). It was designed by a talented local architect who lives on site and manages the property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the town's best beach, and it's just a 12 minute leisurely walk to the town square, via beach or road.
Located on the 1st floor, it is tastefully and elegantly furnished, more like a home and not a rental property. There are two large bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with two twins, both have an en-suite bathroom with marble tile, with a shower and plenty of storage cabinets. There are marble floors throughout and Corian countertops in the kitchen and baths. There are lovely gardens that surround a shamrock shaped pool with cabana and BBQ. There is offstreet gated parking. The unit is very bright and quiet with lovely breezes throughout the day and night.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, self lighting stove, toaster, blender, pots and pans, real glasses, dishes and silverware, and large refrigerator. There is a seperate pantry with washer/dryer and storage. All rooms have air conditioning.
There are just six condos in this quiet, well designed, well located complex. It is not only ideally situated within the town, it's also within walking distance to an exclusive small resort, 'Ceiba del Mar', (not a large All-Inclusive) that has a beautiful Spa and excellent cuisine. Just in case you desire a change of pace, this unit is located between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, both of which, are just 20 miles away.
