Comfortable and very well located

We stayed in the second week of November 2016. It is a small but comfortable and very well maintained studio, tastefully decorated, located in the back of a property with 4 units in total. The available space is necessary for 2 people who will spend most of the day outside, and need a comfortable and clean place to rest. It is very well located in the Shenandoah area, near Little Havana, on a very nice and quiet street with free street parking.

The unit has all the necessary kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels, and is provided free of charge Beach towel, umbrella and a folding chair if you want to go to the beach.

The unit is strategically located, 3 miles from Brickell and 10 blocks from the I95 freeway, making it very simple to get anywhere in minutes. It is near the famous street 8, with all its shops, gas station, pharmacy and supermarket.

 The owner Gabriel is very friendly and is available for any need. The only problem was that the unit has another unit over the studio, if the neighbors who inhabit it are unscrupulous and badly educated, you hear annoying noises that disturb the sleep. The first 4 days were great, but then we had the bad fortune to have annoying neighbors who made all kinds of noises at night. It is a matter of luck, and we did not have it in this regard, despite which, we would return to stay at this property on a future trip.

A little piece of Paradise!

We totally enjoyed our stay!! Super clean!

Very private and all the comforts of home!! The decor was so pretty and very detailed. The owner was at our disposal if we would have needed him. The location of the property was close to just about any attraction. It was so nice walking through the manicured garden as we entered the apartment!!

Will be back!!!

So much better than a hotel!

Gabriel was there when we arrived and very nice to show us around. The apartment is very cute and exactly as it looks in the pictures. Very clean and cozy. I especially LOVED the mattress! Having the private outside was also very nice. There was everything you would need even to the umbrella we used. If we ever go back to Miami I will stay in one of his properties!

ALWAYS a delight!!

This was our eighth stay with Gabriel! In those visits, we have stayed in three of his four units and although this one is our personal favorite, they are all just wonderful. The location in Coconut Grove is very centrally located and surprisingly quiet and serene. You can travel a few blocks and be in the mecca of Little Havana, visit Viscaya, museums, Key Biscayne and many other attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Each unit is very clean, well kept, and nicely appointed. We have never needed for anything and if we did, all we would have to do is ask. Gabriel is extremely pleasant, hospitable, and professional. Each and every time we return, we can see improvements he has or is making with the property. It is so refreshing to see a business owner investing back into his business and he does! Everything from new windows, new hvac units, electronic entries, updated paint and furnishings, etc. The spaces are cozy and homey, with comfortable beds, linens, housewares and furnishings.

If you are looking for a more intimate stay in Miami, (I'm not a personal fan of big hotels or chains, and prefer to support independent entrepreneurs), that is clean as a whistle, graciously hosted, and nicely priced, THIS IS IT!!! We will be back in September for visit number nine!

An amazing deal! I would definitely do it again!

The place is beautiful! Small & quant! Very homey! It was clean upon arrival! The code was activated & working & we got there after 1AM! Gabriel, the owner met us the next morning & because we decided to Uber ok this trip, he came to pick us up from the property & took us to get the remaining balance from the bank, showed us around a little & dropped us off to go grocery shopping. He was very helpful & really made it a priority to accommodate us both!

Overall, if space & a 25 minute ride to South Beach is not an issue, I would definitely recommend this property! It's in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to a couple of stores & a quick Uber ride to the beach!
