The private and fenced yard is tastefully landscaped with plantings that are native to Texas. The front deck has relaxed seating to enjoy Austin's beautiful weather and scenery. You can enjoy Al fresco dining in the back private courtyard and the BBQ grill is ready to use anytime. There is an attached carport and the driveway that will serve up to 3 vehicles. There is additional parking on the street.
This prime location is across the street from Sanchez Park, a five minute walk from the popular Rainey Street and Lady Bird Lake, (with paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, biking and walking trails). Bird watchers will be in their element! It is a ten minute walk or short drive to all downtown locations including The Austin Convention Center, East and West 6th Street. Music, entertainment and restaurant venues with great variety that will please everyone. It’s also the perfect central location to maneuver around Austin as it is one block off IH 35, convenient to the ABIA airport and Circuit of the America’s to name just a few major spots.

About the owner: Albert and his 13 brothers and sisters were raised in this home during a period of 60+ years. It is a family heirloom that Meg and Albert were happy to restore and share with our guests.
