From the moment you enter the graceful Punahele grounds, you will begin to enjoy your vacation in this popular Keauhou area community. Easy access to Kailua Kona village, or the highway leading to famous nearby attractions, this nearly 1200 sf condo is the perfect destination to call home for a few days or a few months.
Park in the free, assigned spot only a few (level) steps from our front door (No stairs!) The comfortable living area opens up with wide sliders to a large covered lanai overlooking the golf course (8th green) with the ocean beyond the golf course. Keauhou Bay is close enough to reach in a few minutes walking where you can catch a snorkel cruise, swim, fish or just relax while you watch a sunset.
Our master bedroom suite has a king bed, large full bath, and spacious walk-in closet. A full size washer dryer is located in the main bath for your convenience. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds.
You will find everything you need to prepare your meals in our kitchen which is fully equipped with dishes, utensils and small appliances.
Enjoy those meals on the covered lanai which offers a serene view of the pool area, golf course and ocean. Tropical breezes will keep you cool.

Tired and worn, needs updating

I have stayed at the complex many times over 20-25 years and prefer the A or B buildings on the second floor #363645 seemed a good fit.
My impression when first entering was "tired and worn", after staying for two weeks I believe #363645 does not meet the standards that I have found at the complex on my previous visits.
Carpeting through out the unit needs replacing and is very dirty at the entrance.
No written information was available on the TV/CABLE operation, took two phone calls.
No hair dryer but one was provided after one phone call.
The vertical blinds in both bedrooms are missing sections so do not provide adequate privacy and need to be replaced. Had to hang a bath towel over the top of the blinds in the second bedroom, for privacy.
Kitchen equipment is minimal, small fry pan needs replacing.
#363645 did not meet my expectations based on my stay in other complex units.
I suggest the owner stay in the unit for a few days to verify my observations.

We have stayed in this complex once before, actually the one right above this one. We like this location. It is easy to get to everything from here.

This condo had everything we needed. The property is a bit older however is well maintained. It has a beautiful view and is close to amenities. Allie and Wanda were very helpful throughout the booking process. We would definitely stay at this condo again.
