Three Bedroom, Three & a Half Bathroom With Mountain Views and Enormous Patio.
Our spacious property is the perfect home-away-from home. With almost 2,900 square feet of living space, there's plenty of room for up to six guests. There are three bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have a king-sized bed with the other two double beds. There is also a rollaway cot and playpen for children (there is also a high chair).
The kitchen is fully stocked not only with all of the dinnerware and pots & pans you will require during your stay but also food basics including spices, sugar, flour and tea. We also provide paper towels, dish cloths and garbage bags. The kitchen has a double oven, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, slow cooker and blender.
The property has free WiFi, free long distances calls to anywhere in the U.S. or Canada and a complete home theatre system with a 42' LCD TV, DVD player, PVR, CD player and X-Box system. There are also DVD movies, X-Box games, board games and books.
There's no need to leave the property to do laundry. There's a washer and dryer together with an iron and ironing board.
A great feature of the property is the large, two-tiered back patio with stunning views of the Coral and Santa Rosa mountains. There is a seating area with a small sofa, two chairs and a table together with an outdoor dining table that seats six and two lounge chairs. You can even stream music from the home theatre system to the patio.
The private side courtyard offers privacy and has one of the two lemon trees on the property. There are also two grapefruit trees. The very large community pool and hot tub is located next door.
There's no shortage of things to do in and around La Quinta. Fabulous golf courses are just minutes away as is tremendous shopping, hiking and sightseeing.

About John Belyea
We first visited the Coachella Valley in 2001 and fell in love with the area. The incredible number and variety of activities together with the beautiful desert setting and surrounding mountain peaks kept us coming back so much we decided to purchase our own home.

When you walk out onto the back patio you immediately see what attracted us to this property. The great golf course view (nothing like watching a PGA tour event from your backyard!) with the Coral and Santa Rosa mountains in the background are simply irresistible. The unit itself is also a great attraction - more than 2,900 square feet of living area and a private side courtyard.
What makes this Condo unique
The lemon and grapefruit trees are a wonderful feature. There's nothing like sitting on the patio enjoying fresh lemonade made from just-picked lemons. The side yard provides additional private outdoor space that few other homes offer.

First VRBO experience and it was very a good one
From the moment I inquired about the property, John, the owner was responsive and helpful. Even though I had a glitch in getting payment to him, he was patient and understanding. The home was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We even had the pleasant surprise of seeing big horn sheep roaming the golf course. We were attending the Indian Wells Tennis tournament and found it a very easy drive to that facility.
Even though we didn't have time to take advantage of it, the pool and spa are within a few steps of the property.
My refund was processed very quickly.
I would recommend this home not only to those who are on the go and want a relaxing environment to return to at the end of the day, but also to those who just want to hang out and relax away from their full-time home.

The House was perfect for 3 couples. We all had our own room and bathroom. The location is perfect - right next to a pool, great view of the golf course, and easy to find!

Beautiful spacious home with mountain views
We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay in this very spacious, clean house with West-facing views towards a golf fairway and the mountains. Six people will feel very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The master bathroom is the size of a large kitchen with an awesome, huge shower! Loved it! The kitchen was large and very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating in the dining area in the kitchen and did not use the formal dining room. Because the sun sets at 5:00pm at this time of year (late December), and the temperature drops significantly, we were not able to take advantage of the beautiful patio, outdoor dining table, and grill. However, we made a point of being back at the house by 2:00pm one day so we could enjoy the next-door, heated, community pool (one of many!). This house was a perfect place to launch our day trip to magnificent Joshua Tree National Park and trips around Palm Springs. We enjoyed our communications with our host, John. We highly recommend this beautiful home.
Nice place with all the amenities!
We really enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving break. There are plenty of rooms
and bathrooms with comfortable living room and absolutely gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa mountains. The kitchen is a little outdated and could use a little upgrading. In all the bathrooms, the fans were very noisy. There were also ants in the kitchen but not a huge problem. The washing machine was also broken but again wasn't a big issue for us.
Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, the washing machine broke during the previous renter's stay and we didn't have enough time to replace it - a new one is on it's way! Also, the kitchen does have new appliances - the refrigerator/freezer was purchased in October 2017 and the double oven in January 2015. The dishwasher and stove are in great shape. Hope to have you back some time soon.
Great family getaway!
This home is spacious and open with a large patio outside, which extends the living area. It was perfect for 3 couples and a 3 year old toddler, especially since one of the fenced pools is right next door. We'll be back!
