This is a beautiful waterfront home on Lake Keowee. This home was featured in the December 2012 Upstate Lake Living Magazine. The home was finished the summer of 2010 with top of the line appliances, marble counter-tops and all the latest upgrades. The home has 4 bedrooms with king beds, 1 bedroom has two queens and there's also a private alcove with twin bunk beds for extra kids. On the main floor we have two large fireplaces. The fireplace on the deck is a wood burning fireplace. On the patio we have a fire-pit which is perfect for toasting marshmallows!
The home is located on the southern end of lake Keowee in an upscale neighborhood consisting of million dollar homes. This neighborhood consists of just 26 properties and is surrounded by 32 acres of conservatory land owned by the neighborhood.
At the lake, we have an over-sized covered dock and deep water (15+ feet) all year long. The boat dock bay is open so you can put your boat in the dock. On the shore we also have a large 10x20ft deck area that remains shaded most of the day. For fun we have two kayaks, a Foosball table, a ping pong table, 50' large screen TV and plenty of board games and books to read. We recently added a 2nd 51' TV above the fireplace in the main family room.
Things to do within 5 minutes of the house: Miniature golf, par 3 golf, go cart racing, batting cages, spa treatments, antiquing, and ice cream
Things to do within 10 minutes: Medical facilities in downtown Seneca and at least 20 great restaurants including; Italian, Japanese, Greek, Mexican, Steakhouses, Barbeque and Pizza.
At least three great antique malls, flea markets and 3 shopping centers.
Golfing at your choice of three local country clubs.
Clemson offers additional shopping, eating and recreational opportunities.
Things to do withing 30 minutes: Heading north and/or west will bring you into the wilderness of the Appalachian mountain area which offers a wide range of recreational activities including hiking, waterfalls, fly fishing, rafting and kayaking on the Chattooga river, apple picking, zip lines, horseback riding and many more activities. One of our favorites is stumphouse tunnel up on rte 107.

Lake Keowee Properties, LLC purchased this house in 2005
We've been coming to Lake Keowee since we discovered it back in 2003. In 2005 we bought this land, added a boat dock, some water toys and made plans for our future home.It took longer than we anticipated but finally in 2010 our dream came true and we finally finished our beautiful home.
Quite exclusive neighborhood, yet close to town and all the local amenities and activities! Beautiful clear deep water.
We had a perfect week here at the lake. Your home was just the right size for our family and friends. Each room is beautifully decorated and is so comfortable.
Thank you for opening your home to guests. We all greatly appreciate it! Hope to be back very soon!
This is the second time that we have stayed at Lynn's Home and it is still as beautiful as ever. The house was fully-stocked with great areas to play and relax. We had a wonderful family reunion with lots of great food, drinks and game. We had people from Iowa, Illinois , Mass, SC and Netherlands. We had two houses, but this house was really the gathering place. The weather was really hot - thank goodness the air-conditioned work great.
Owners are wonderful to work with before, during and after your stay. We can not wait to come back again!

We had family members fly and drive in from numerous parts of the country to unite for my daughter's graduation from Clemson. The house had everything we needed and Lynn was very responsive. My wife and I both remarked upon walking through the house the first time that it was one of the few places we've seen that was even nicer than the photos online. We rented wave runners and they were a huge hit with everyone out on the beautiful lake.
We could not have been more pleased with this property.
Everything was impeccably neat and clean.
Lynn was always available, extremely professional, and a pleasure to talk to.
We will definitely be back.
This house is PERFECT! I spent a long weekend here with my girlfriends and we just loved it. If I could own a lake house, I’d want it to be just like this.
To begin with, the location was great. We were in a quite cove with big water views from the patio and the boat dock area. The house is on a cul du sac at the end of a long street with only two other homes. We felt completely secluded in this lovely neighborhood, but we were literally only minutes away from fine dining and great shopping. In the mornings we walked through the neighborhood and down the country roads; in the afternoon we took advantage of the kayaks and toured the local coves and islands.
The home is bigger than it looks, yet it’s very cozy, extremely well decorated and it’s meticulously maintained in and out. We enjoyed beautiful spring weather in the 80’s and loved walking down the beautiful stone walkway to the emerald green water of lake Keowee!
I was there with four of my friends from college and we spent most of our time on the beautiful screened in porch drinking coffee in the morning (wine in the after noon), enjoying the fireplace, admiring the beautiful lake views and catching up on old times. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and more.
The owner Lynn was wonderful to work with. She’s extremely helpful and responsive. We didn’t feel like strangers renting a room, she made us feel like we were friends of the family. She had great recommendations on what to do, what restaurants to go to and where we could find great antiquing. All of us graduated from Clemson, it was just amazing seeing how much things have changed in the past 20+ years. Lake Keowee is on the map now, and while there are still nice local dining spots the range of choices has more than doubled and some of the fine dining now requires reservations.
My only complaint is that we had to leave too soon. Next time we’re coming back with our families for a week .....or maybe two!
Great lake property! Owner is very organized and responsive for booking and arrival. We had a fabulous 4 day weekend over Labor Day enjoying the close proximity to Clemson. We knew it would be a good rental from the reviews but it even exceeded our expectations in person. We immediately booked for our son's graduation!
The house was as nice as the pictures make it look! Nicely decorated with a very homey feel. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare large family meals. Very peaceful and secluded setting with great outdoor and screened in living spaces (with 4 kids and inlaws there was enough room to find a quiet space if you wanted it!). We rented a boat and our kids had a great time swimming off of the dock. Owner was super helpful with activity ideas for the week as we were new to the area and was available to answer questions about the property. We had a great, relaxing family trip and we will definitely be back! Thanks for letting us use your home!
