Perfect Home Away From Home

We stayed 7 days in this condo while my husband conducted labs at ASU. The condo exceeded our expectations! The layout is just what we were looking for. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Linens nice and plentiful. It was a bit hot for swimming, but we did have our son's family over for a swim one afternoon and enjoyed the pool. I thought the water temperature was perfect. This is a quiet, gated community so we felt safe. No problems with the airplanes because anywhere we stay in Tempe, we hear them! One block walk to a great restaurant (The Yard) where I ordered the trout every time! Easy walk into downtown Tempe and light rail--I walked downtown every day. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex--we took the bus to the Tempe Marketplace. My husband rode one of the bikes every day to ASU and back. This unit is on the ground floor right next to the outdoor grill area and the fitness center. The garage is right across the hall--very handy! The property management company was accessible and helpful. We would stay here again without question.

Great apartment, great location

I stayed in this apartment for almost 6 weeks and spent a lot of time working there. The description is absolutely accurate and I found everything as advertised. The property is extremely well maintained and clean, it has everything one can wish for, including fast WIFI, 2 bicyles and helmets, pool towels, new cooking utensils (most of them Wolfgang Puck stuff), and a generous selection of pantry items. The pool is also wonderful, warm, and very clean, with hardly any people ever using it (although it was still heated at the beginning of November). I really loved it. However, the only thing that would keep me from staying there again for a longer time period is the noise due to the large number of airplanes taking off and landing at PHX airport - it is just a bit too close. Otherwise, the location is ideal: in walking distance to Tempe Arts Center, Mill Ave, ASU, the light rail etc... All in all, I would definitely recommend it to people who are not too noise sensitive (which I am).

great condo complex. Nice place. Close to everything. Property management group was great. Very accommodating. exceptional service. The only negative is the property is in the path of planes taking off and landing.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. The location was great, especially loved riding the bikes around the lake and walking distant to Mill Ave restaurants. The pool was fantastic and we used it every day after spending time in the Arizona sun! I would definitely recommend the "dragonfly" to others and will stay here again.

Property is a few minutes walk to Mill Ave for shopping &night life. Also within easy walking distance is the ASU Campus. Head north only a few miles on Scottsdale Road for oldtown Scottsdale shopping, dining, night life and people watching. Property is in an excellent location to enjoy MLB Spring Training with stadiums for the Diamondbacks, Rockies, Giants, Angels and the new Cubs stadium all within an easy 20 minute drive. Prime location!
