Enter at the ground floor, kick off your shoes, take off your coat, and plan to stay awhile! A full sized washer and dryer (complete with supples) is tucked into a closet, to make this a great place for an extended stay or families. Make your way up a flight of stairs to two roomy bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed. The second bedroom is an office, with twin bunk beds, TV and iHome docking station. These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The front office/bedroom has a balcony with a territorial view.

Up one more flight of stairs to the main living area, with large living/dining room, and well equipped kitchen, decked out with stainless appliances, black granite countertops, and cherry cabinets. The large Smart HDTV streams Pandora, as well as Hulu and Netflix (bring your own password). The sofa folds out to queen sized bed, complete with tempur-pedic mattress. Here is another balcony, with a peek-a-boo view of Seattle's ship canal and a gas fireplace. Off the kitchen is a private brick patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Also, for your convenience this third floor has a half bathroom.

Up the last flight of stairs you will find an expansive master suite, with king sized bed, full bathroom, vaulted ceilings, HDTV, iHome docking station and roomy master closet. This master suite also has a balcony with territorial view, including a peek a boo view of the ship canal.

Great location for a Seattle stay.

  • 4 of 5

This property is in a pleasant neighborhood and is very near to the Ship Canal Trail and Burke-Gilman Trail, allowing a short bike ride to just about anywhere around Lake Union. It's a short walk to Fremont where you can find coffee shops, restaurants and brewery; or uphill to stores and restaurants of Queen Anne. The property manager was very responsive. Any questions we had (few) were quickly answered, and multiple reminders and updates were emailed in advance of our stay. The house was clean and well-supplied with linens, kitchen wares and cleaning needs. There were also basic cooking supplies, paper products and bathroom essentials provided. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed ferry trips to some of the islands, kayaking and SUPing on Lake Washington, exploring the Cascades and of course Pike Place Market, the Space Needle and Chihuly Museum. Would definitely recommend this property.

The little things....

  • 3 of 5

This condo is nice and has good location. Close to Canlis, which we love. Clean and nice amenities. It was the small things that were missing...the TV reception was pretty awful, no Kleenex, one roll of paper towel, soap dispensers for hand soaps worked poorly, the bar b q could have used some cleaning, the garbage was overflowing out back. Attention to detail is important.

Better directions on how to access this unit from the alley would be helpful. Thanks for taking the time to listen.

Great Property for Family Catch-up.

  • 5 of 5

The property was chosen for a family catch-up with my niece and her family. It was perfect for what we required.

The layout of the property was excellent and gave everybody sufficient space to either be together or retreat to their own room....however if you have mobility problems this may not be the property for you; as it spans 4 levels. Our group aged from 2 to 50 experienced no difficulty.

My niece utilised the top floor which meant her young daughter was able to nap during the day, without disturbance. The third level was the kitchen, dining, lounge area with a toilet. The second level hosted a queen room, a kids room with double bunks and a bathroom. The ground floor was the entry and laundry area. The parking space was off street in front of the town house and for one car only.

The town house does not front a neighbourhood street but a lane way. This was perfectly fine, but important to know when locating the property. We felt the property was safe and secure and had no problem with this aspect.

The kitchen area was great for producing family meals. I really appreciated the additional extra's included in the pantry ie herbs and spices, cling wrap, foil, tea etc. It was a lovely property and the owners were very considerate with their inclusions.

The bathrooms also included bath wash, shampoo and conditioner. Their were additional towels and blankets, should we have required them.

The property was exceptionally clean and well taken care off. It's proximity to local restaurants and the supermarket were excellent, with a car.

I would definitely re book this property for a family gathering or catch up. However if I was coming back to Seattle to play tourist, (I'm Australian, my niece has an American family), I would stay in the CBD.

Queen Anne is a lovely neighbourhood and the property is excellent.

Very enjoyable and convenient

  • 5 of 5

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. If we had a question the property management was available to explain. Worry free stay and I would definitely recommend to others if they have a group of 6 to 8.
