This is a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath furnished second-floor condo that sits right on (and overlooks) Kay Street, in the heart of Newport's beautiful Kay Street neighborhood. This condo is the perfect getaway and has all of the amenities to also serve as a four-season home. Topping it off are the 2 off-street parking spaces, making staying here a breeze.

The condo is a picture of comfort, with approx. 1000 square feet of living space. The living room has a comfortable couch and love seat, where you will enjoy relaxing at day's end the Sony flat screen cable TV and the BluRay DVD player. The full kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The master bedroom is very spacious, with a queen size wrought iron bed and tremendous storage with built-in wardrobe cabinets. The fireplace (nonworking) and mantle in the master bedroom add to its charm. The second bedroom also has a queen-size wrought iron bed and a huge white armoire. Each bedroom has its own full bath, allowing for extra privacy and comfort.

This is a perfect summer rental or off-season rental for a military family, for example.

This condo is well located and very comfortable. Close to everything in Newport. Having 2 designated parking spots was fantastic. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms and a sense of safety rounded out the list of attributes. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely book this property again. Thank you.

Great Place Close in Downtown Newport

We stayed in this Kay Street Condo during the height of the summer season, it is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants (less than 10-15 min walks), has a lot of character, space, A/C and great amenities. 2nd floor so very quiet at night. We loved our stay in this place and were even happier with the deal we got. Very fairly priced for what we got in downtown newport. A great place to stay...try it out.

Family of Four

We found this property online and chose it just by looking at pictures (which are true representations of the place), plus its proximity to downtown. We are a military family with two little children and we lived here for about 10 months (Sept-July). We loved living in this apartment/condo. The living areas are pretty spacious for a 1000 square feet. It is also very clean and well decorated. The neighbors were very friendly and most of the year we could hardly tell that we had any because it was so quiet. There are great places to walk to and nice parks in walking distance. Another great perk is the parking. You don't have to find any street parking or have to worry about moving your vehicle during the winter for the snow plows. The only downside to this great place is there is no laundry inside the apartment, only in the basement. I am sure it would be no big deal for a couple without children. The landlord is also very helpful and easy to keep in contact with. We would go back in a heart beat!

Clean, spacious, updated condo in great Newport location.

We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable with a new kitchen that had everything we needed including a gas stove, new beds with good mattresses, a big new flat screen TV and even air conditioning. The location is very close to Bellvue Ave and Broadway and easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants on the Harbor. For example we could easily walk to the Viking or to Peurini's and several other good restaurants. It is also a quiet location which can be important in Newport. We really enjoyed our stay.
