Come to Anna Maria Island to enjoy this four-bedroom pet-friendly vacation rental just a block to the white sand beaches of Gulf of Mexico.

Beautiful Villa by the Sea is located in Holmes Beach and offers an open floor plan that accommodate 10. The main floor includes the living room, equipped with a large flat screen television, cable TV, Blu-ray player and queen sofa bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Also on the main floor, you will find a queen bedroom, a twin trundle bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. There is also free wireless internet access throughout the house.

On the second floor are two more bedrooms, including the master suite with a king bed and queen sofa bed, and its own balcony and bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and also has its own bathroom.

Outside you will find an inviting 24' x 12' heated pool surrounded by a large patio with gas grill (propane provided). There is enough parking space for two vehicles (strictly enforced), with one in the garage. An elevator is also available, upon request, for an additional $500 refundable deposit.

When you are ready to explore what AMI has to offer, there is a stop a block away for the free AMI trolley that runs daily along the island.

Had a beautiful week on AMI. With so many choices, we wish someone told us about a few spots that we should not miss...

Bridge St. offers the best spot to have an evening out....Joe's Sweets & Eats was the best! Our meal at the Beach House was by far the most delicious meal. There is a great restaurant/bar down the street with live music (Bridge Tender Inn).

We also enjoyed the Pier Restaurant off Pine Street....another good street to roam around during the day! burger goes to Duffy's Tavern.

The beach was beautiful and we found sand dollars and starfish during our visit. Each day there were dolphins, too!

Hope to be back to the area soon!

Much better than anticipated. I might add we anticipate a lot.

We were a family of 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The property well exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and well located to the beach, store and ice cream store Dips. A nightly ritual.

The kitchen was large and fun to be in, even with several cooks. The high ceilings, large rooms, lots of windows, comfortable sofas, chairs and deck furiture made for fun family times. There was plenty of cooking utensil, plates, etc.

Costal Cottages could not have been more helpful and supportive. Communications were easy and smooth. If we had issues they were resolved quickly. I would rank them a 12 out of 10.

We were surprised how friendly everyone was. Not only the locals, store staff but even the people on the beach and next door neighbors. We all came away with the best vacation ever. We will be back!

We experienced, daily swims, tennis, jet skiing, fancy dinning (Beach Bristo), Kayking, volley ball and just walking miles in the beach.

Didn't want to leave!

This house is absolutely lovely. We have a big family and it was perfect for all 10 of us, plenty of room, the layout of the house gives each room enough privacy, and by the way the rooms are huge, especially the master. The view, the area, the beach a block away, and the house provides with plenty of beach and pool supplies. The kids never got bored between the pool, the beach, and the hot tub in the master. The one thing I would recommend to the owners is to make sure the grill is clean. Our first night, there were cockroaches everywhere in the pool area, huge ones, and had me second guessing this rental, my brother opened the grill and it was infested with those, very disgusting, but he cleaned it intensively and the next day and the rest of our stay we didn't see them again. I would just suggest to make sure the grill is clean in the future. Other than that an amazing experience and we hope to be back soon!

Very nice and new property with one BIG problem......

First off, let me say that the property is very nice, clean and seems very new. The walk to the beach is minimal and the location of the property is very convenient to most things on AMI. The elevator made life SO much easier for my father-in-law with mobility issues and all in all everything was very nice. So what is the issue then?? As with so many good VRBO properties, you have to deal with a management company instead of the owners themselves. It seems a necessary evil and too often the result is very poor customer service. I cannot believe how many properties Coastal Cottages AMI manage on the island and I surely cannot be the only one realizing how poorly they perform. They seemed so easy to work with at booking (Tura), but became a complete pain while onsite. They go to great lengths to literally inundate you with ridiculously complex paperwork that spells every useless thing (down to radon gas exposure potential), yet forget to mention that garage door openers and elevator keys are actually not present onsite and need to be picked up from the office during main business hours. Again, how helpful would it have been to know this in advance and thus avoid my brother-in-law and I having to physically carry my father-in-law up the stairs on arrival. A call made to the after hours 'help line' to try and help this situation were met with a crying baby in the background and basically a 'too bad for you' and 'you should have paid attention to that one e mail we sent and not the 5 page rental agreement you signed and dated.' Again, just poor customer service and that would cause me pause to ever rent anything from Costal Cottages AMI again.

This has been demonstrated recently by our being recognized by others in our industry as a company that has mantained and continues to maintain, a high standard of excelence for customer service. At the time of booking we supply the new guest with two documents. One of the subjects addressed in each of these documents is the proceedure for acquiring garage door openers and elevator keys if they are available for the home that is to be occupied. It is displeasing to us if guests experience any inconvenience during their stay. One of the contributing factors to our being recognized as providing excellent customer service is our timley response to customer concerns.
