Cozy and charming little house in a great location!
Loved our stay at Kay's inviting and comfy home in Austin. We were so impressed with her generous and thoughtful amenities and how welcoming and considerate she was. Loved that the products she provides are natural and organic, too! What a great host! We felt right at home and wished we could have stayed longer. What a gem!
Lovely and comfortable
I made the best choice when I rented this lovely home in the Travis Hts. area of Austin. Kay was a very accommodating host and setting up my stay was straightforward and the community timely. I spent my first day enjoying the front porch , reading and listening to the rustling of the old oaks that shade it. The backyard is also shaded with oaks and features a grill, Zen benches, table and chairs for dining and easy access to the kitchen. When I arrived I found the house very clean and comfortable. The beds are inviting and comfy, the water press is good, providing lots of hot water for shower and bath, dishwasher and the washer dryer. Even the pantry is stocked with all the essentials for cooking.
When I walked in, I found that Kay had provided a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh flowers and I felt like I could just move in. The house and the neighborhood are lovely and serene and altho I had a car, I could walk to S. Congress, as well as to the downtown area. All told, this is a great rental, thank you Kay!
Barton Springs is only 4 miles away. Fabulous experience with natural cold springs, art deco dressing rooms. Zilker Park across the street from springs.
