Three blocks from old downtown and just a block from town park, this newly constructed studio is in one of the best neighborhoods in Telluride. Featured in 'Remodel' Magazine it was designed and furnished by a prominent local designer and architect.
There are magnificent views from the South and East facing windows of Ingram falls and Bear Creek. The outdoor deck has a BBQ and two lounge chairs.
The studio is situated on top of the garage for the main house. It is a separate building and offers excellent privacy. There is a parking space provided next to the stairway leading up to the outdoor deck.

Charming, comfortable and thoughtfully designed studio for 2
My husband and I have stayed in this lovely little studio many times, since we enjoy the solitude and independence of not staying in a hotel. The studio's clever renovation was executed beautifully and somehow successfully packs in everything one would need for a very comfortable stay under one little roof. Its location is ideal, since it's steps away from Telluride's amazing hiking trails, ski runs, Town Park, as well as everything Main Street has to offer, yet is tucked away on the quiet end of town (so it is surprisingly silent if/when Main Street is bustling). There is also a handy, on-site parking spot for studio tenants. The owners are super-nice people and have always been extremely accommodating. We look forward to our next stay!
